Vitamin E causes Vitamin A dumping?

@sarabeth-matilsky smoked salmon is high in methanol which turns into formaldehyde according to Woodrow Monte. Just wondered if this was an issue. Aldehydes are bad news.

I think I've been noticing the same as well after starting to eat lots of sunflower seeds every day. It definitely helps my numb extremities, though.

So what is the deal with vitamins E? It looks like vit A toxicity depletes vit E? So here and there taking some E complex to saturate the body? FamilE from Jarrow looks really good. Has all 8 forms.. The only thing I worry is too much blood thinning.. So I will take like 1 capsule every third day or something..
