Have you tried hydroxyapatite? It works quite well at remineralizing teeth. It also whiten them because the small holes get filled with calcium. It has to be the nano kind. Best brands are Japanese. Also beware of some US brands who contain very very little. Works quite fast too, we got a big difference in a few weeks.
