Wahl's talking vitamin A
Quote from Rich on March 3, 2021, 5:11 pm36:00 mark
Just happened upon this today. She is obviously very aware that vitamin A is a problem. Interesting that she says eggs and diary cause her great distress but still eats liver once a week.

I'm glad these people are feeling better.
Interesting how much Dr. Whal likes liver. There is probably something in there she needs and I'm betting it isn't VA. Maybe b12. The MD in this video completely lost use of his body and had no idea it was a lack of B12. God I hate liver, LOL. I've posted this video before because it is awesome.
Sometimes I really think that b vitamin deficiency is the precursor to VA overload.

Quote from lil chick on March 4, 2021, 5:35 amJust to further my thought about b vitie leading to VA tox... I think that the b vitie deficiency might even clear up, but the VA tox will remain. Whal does talk about how damn sticky VA tox is.
B12 deficiency can be sticky too in some cases, (as the video shows) I think because a change to the stomach happens that stops you absorbing.

Quote from Ourania on March 4, 2021, 5:43 amYes. This is normal if a lack of B vitamins leads to an accumulation of vA, then having enough Bs will not be enough to get rid of the intoxication. I think this is what happened to me.
Only when I read Grant's theories did I understand there was only one way out of my rpoblems, getting rid of these poisons. And it is not easy. The time and delay factor.
News from my trip: we are still alive and relatively well! Only the eyes suffered this time. So I planned a holiday near the sea in three weeks time! Both hopeful and optimistic!
Hugs

Quote from lil chick on March 4, 2021, 7:19 am@rich I thank you for posting this video. Take what she says at 36 minute as you say, add it to the B12 video I posted (and in your mind also add what people have said about B1 and B2) and add Grant's low VA idea. All together, these three things tell a tale.

Quote from lil chick on March 4, 2021, 8:00 amI've mused that VA toxicity results in "eczema of any organ" and I think many here know what I mean. The epithilial cells are in rough shape. Leading people to say "the body is attacking itself". Here is another screen shot from the video, sorry I know it is semi unreadable. But B12 deficiency also leads to unwellness of that outer lining of all the organs.

Quote from lil chick on March 4, 2021, 8:04 amThe B12 video talks about how the success of liver milk shakes in certain diseases led to the discovery of vitamin B12.
So, it is corroborating Wahl's recovery.

Quote from tim on March 4, 2021, 9:53 amMy understanding is that some people can have normal B12 levels but have symptoms of B12 deficiency if they are taking supplemental B12 because they aren't converting much cyanocobalamin to the active forms the body uses: hydroxocobalamin, adenosylcobalamin, methylcobalamin and sulphitocobalamin. These active forms are found in meat. I suspect the boost some people get from eating raw liver or raw meat is due to getting these active forms because some of them degrade easily in the presence of heat or light.
You can order these active forms online. Clams are very high in these active forms.
