Ways to accelerate vitamin A depletion

PreviousPage 4 of 4

@jaj

Had similar experience with edema feet ankles calves these last 4 months.  I did not megadose C but I did take in a good amount of fresh lemon juice along with a gram or so of C per day.  The root problem was clearly excess VA and copper from recent beef liver intake after years of cod liver oil and other A and D sources.

Garrett's first guess was mineral deficiencies which hair test clarified.  Got magnesium, zinc, selenium, molybdenum sources up.  Found all potassium supplements painful to my gut.  Felt like it was making an ulcer worse.  When I started aggressively soaking lower legs in epsom, mag chloride, potassium and charcoal, legs' swelling dropped alot.  Pain too.  Best guess now is that transdermal is less problematic and more effective for some minerals.  Seems the case for me for magnesium and especially potassium.  90% less pain and swelling today and still improving.  Gut flow improved immediately too and still is.  Qualitatively and quantitatively.

Feel better soon.

BTW, the mechanistic guess I have is that ferocious liver detox forced overload on kidneys (spike in kidney stones reassured this guess) and slow down enough to force lymph edema in feet.  And yep, as potassium and magnesium go in transdermally, kidney stones shrink and fade, urine flow increases and eases and pain and swelling in feet drops.  Walked 2 miles yesterday without a cane.

Feel better soon.

Kelsey Kenney gets most of the credit for Garrett's recognition that ivermectin is another psyop.  I ran across its prionic effects along time ago.  Glad that I saw that before I used any of it.  She made me aware that it is rampantly used in livestock handling.  So much so that everyone eating meat has been accumulating mectins for years.  Even wild meat eaters are getting it.  Natural Resources staff have been setting ivermectin bait stations for decades to help the poor deer and other herbivores with their horrible parasite infestations.

The guy I found so far with the best coverage of the science and the comprehensive psyop is Tim Truth.

Gosh I hope that isn't true, I've heard ivermectin has been dosed almost as often as Tylenol, throughout time since it's creation.   Parasites are a serious issue...

In order to be strong enough to cure, medicines have to be strong enough to harm... I think that applies to supplements too.

Sometimes we need them anyways.

Ivermectin causes prion diseases.  That was established in science literature a long time ago.  Bait traps left out throughout wildlife areas explains otherwise inexplicable outbreaks of chronic wasting disease vCJD.  Farmers have known for centuries to not feed lifestock cannibalistically.  That causes prions.  A number of chemicals do as well.  Ivermectins are especially potentized when given with PGP inhibitors like HCQ, wormwood,..............

Drug like effects do give relief from symptoms in proportion to their power to damage.  They do not cure.  Ever.  Pharmaceutical companies have zero cures of disease on their record.  They have never claimed to cure anything.  Relief of symptoms.  Reversal of progressions.  Impeded progressions.  All sorts of vaguaries and NEVER the cure of a disease.  Closest I have seen is cure of symptoms.

Drugs were never intended to cure.  Cure only comes when we get out of the way.  When we let our systems do their job.  Something something something food be they medicine?
