Well you think that those "stones" are made from olive oil with citrus juice. So it makes sense everyone who is doing this flush should have "olive oil stones" right? Of course it is not like that at all. Because those stones are not olive oil somehow formed to little balls with all kinds of color, shape and structure.. it is old garbage from bile ducts and gallbladder...

I've given you quite a few inconvenient facts yet you haven't refuted them. If you can't refute them then your assertions that the stones originate in the gallbladder and liver ducts don't hold water.
I'm not an expert in chemistry (and neither are you I might add) so I can't explain how they are formed in the gut. Bile, stomach acid, olive oil, epsom salts, citrus juice, there are plenty of ingredients there that can react with each other to form stones.
I once passed a massive stone almost the size of a golf ball, how did that get out of my gallbladder Jiri?

This short video is very interesting on what's actually going on with these flushes. Thought you may find interesting:

Quote from lil chick on August 28, 2020, 8:00 amAlthough I really liked that video, and feel that there is truth there, I went to Dr. Klaper's chanell and didn't agree with all of what Dr. Klaper stands for, which seems to include a plant based diet and avoiding sat fats. But I find that so many times-- no one gets everything right. For instance, I still really like the original Weston Price book "Nutrition and Physical Generation" written in the 1930's....He did some amazing things and the photos are great (even though he might have missed the important UPPER LIMITS of VA.) Klapper does look pretty healthy I'll give him that. I wonder if he is vegan, and if he is, will he be the next guru to suddenly switch to carnivore, when the party is over with what veganism does for him in the short term? And could he instead decide to go lowered VA?

Quote from Jiří on August 28, 2020, 9:07 am@joshz Like I said that doesn't make any sense, because with his logic you would have stones every single time you do the flush. Which is not the case at all. Anyway I am done with this pointless debate..

Quote from tim on August 29, 2020, 12:49 amThanks @joshz,
Backs up everything I said. This is what I wrote at the start of this thread:
"If someone actually has gallstones they should avoid the liver flush and take things that soften and break up the stones."
Shame on you @jiri, instead of gracefully acknowledging you are wrong and learning something you've chosen to continue to promote an idea that is false and is dangerous for those that actually have gallstones.

Quote from Jiří on August 29, 2020, 1:07 am@tim-2 many people from Czech health forum had gallstones confirmed by ultrasound and flushed them with liver flushes. So obviously it works. Btw I think it is more stupid to let doctors remove your gallbladder which will happen 100% if you have gallstones/pain after eating fatty foods and come with this complain to the doctors.. So I wold rather soften them with malic acid and doing flushes than destroying my digestion forever.. You sound like typical MD here hehe.. "Everything is dangerous. Just take this pills, do surgeries and don't do anything stupid." kind of thinking lol...

Humans are adapted to cooked food and we should primarily eat cooked food however cooked food isn't perfect and oxysterols in animal products and oxidized PUFA formed during cooking do contribute to arteriosclerosis. The problem is is that going without cooked animal protein and fat may speed it up too!

Quote from tim on August 29, 2020, 1:27 amAt the start of this thread I said that the liver flush could be helpful but the stones weren't gallstones. I'm thankful for this discussion because @joshz 's post has made me realize it is probably a bad idea altogether. Also, the fake stones can actually get stuck in the gut causing problems.
@jiri
Most gallstones are asymptomatic, many people live their whole life without them causing problems and without realizing they have them. If you have gallstones and you do the liver flush you are drastically increasing the chances that you'll need emergency surgery to remove the gallbladder.
With any health condition people need to holistically improve their overall health, by doing this it is likely that gallstone development could be slowed or even reversed.
