I needed to disable self sign-ups because I’ve been getting too many spam-type accounts. Thanks.
Anyone cured yet?

Hey,
For breakfast I eat pretty light most of the week. I normally have coffee with 1-2 cookies. Sometimes I have the coffee with about 4 ounces of milk. Sometimes I have some yogurt with almonds and cereal. About once a week I’ll have meat in the morning(roast turkey or roast beef with bread or rice).
For lunch I normally eat sandwiches since that is convenient for work. Usually deli meat or left over chicken/beef, cabbage, sliced apples or pears, and some Mayo or mustard on the bread. With this I either have a handful of nuts and an ounce of cheese. If I am out, I’ll order a plain burger with mustard and lettuce, roast chicken and baked potato, or a turkey sandwich.
for dinner I have some combination of starch(bread, pasta, potato, or rice) and meat(chicken, fish, beef, turkey or venison) along with vegetables(iceberg lettuce, cabbage, peeled cucumbers, small amounts of tomatoes and peppers). For flavour I use things like garlic and onions and small amounts of fresh herbs. If I am tired to cook I have a small sandwich and a cabbage salad or something. I also eat beans 2-3 times a week. Maybe 3-4 eggs a week as well.
I try to eat starch first, then some meat, and then round the meal off with some vegetables. Having vegetables or salad after the meat and starch has helped a lot with my digestion.
In terms of high vitamin A foods- I’ll have a croissant twice a month, and go out for ice cream a few times a month. I feel like having something with high vitamin A that is pleasing very infrequently is beneficial. If I start eating those types of food regularly, along with butter green vegetables, and fatty meat, all my symptoms start to comeback.
in terms of quantity, I don’t eat more 4 oz of milk or yogurt, an ounce of cheese a day, and a teaspoon of butter. Additionally the vegetable portions are about 2-3 handfuls. Meat consumption is about 6-10 oz. starch consumption varies by appetite. I cook with light olive oil and coconut oil. I drink water, carbonated spring water, lemonade, coke, ginger ale, wine, beer, and some spirits.

Quote from lil chick on March 29, 2021, 6:29 pmSome of what @yh's wrote here really resonates with me. Talking about "that nourished feeling" or being sort of satisfied? My diet is similar.
Just this week I seem to be dropping some of my addictions. I sort of wonder what that is about. It's kind of sudden. Alcohol doesn't have the lure, it tastes "hot" (you know how kids make a face when they try alcohol?) and coffee makes my heart pound and my mouth taste bad. My body doesn't want them.
Hubs dropped the alcohol very early on.
I wonder if it has something to do with the b-vites/b12 that I've been pulsing...that got me over some sort of hump. Or is it about the body sort of saying: "I just mopped this area, and I'll be damned it you're gonna walk in here with muddy feet!"
