Beans

So even soaked and cooked beans are not ok with me. Even most healthy people have some bloat and gas from the beans. So I have no idea what I was thinking that I could eat them without issues heh.. Last couple of day I have headache like I was drinking or something.. Also after a month of not eating buckwheat I eat some for 3 days and the sensation of "sand" in my cervical vertebrae in the morning is also back. So high oxalate foods are also still nono. I feel like I should keep eating some soluble fiber, but not pectin. It makes me drunk or something. So I will try some gluten free oats. They are packed with beta glucan. So they should help with detox. Hopefully that protein similar to gluten in oats will not trigger some type one diabetes or something lol. 😀  

I'm astounded how well I'm doing with the beans, but occasionally still I get gas or if I eat them for too many days in a row.  I couldn't do it right away on the detox, it was only after quite a while. 

I would also wonder if there is something that beans do that clears the way for future beans?   Clean the pipes of VA or whatever, LOL.  This would mean noticing that your social calendar has a window in which no one will notice if you set off the smoke alarm in your room.
