Copper and CERULOPLASMIN

PreviousPage 2 of 9Next

@r-2 bro I just explained how it works and you write "I heard copper is toxic as well? " Really? 🙂 Copper is essential metal for our body, but it can be toxic. How I already said 100 times.. I need to do full blood panel. I just had no time due to work..

I stand for Ray and copper. Excess iron can cause gray hair.

It also seems that things that slow down ALDH, such as caffeine, wheat and Ascorbic acid tend to cause gray hair in people.

Wheat slows down ALDH?

that can be only one reason. It's very short minded if someone thinks it's the only cause of gray hair and complete misunderstanding of the issue.. I was also thinking like that years ago "Oh my got my gray hair are due to copper deficiency I need more copper" ...

Wheat or gluten, Grant published a study in another thread:

Bro, I myself indicated 2 other possible reasons in my message

Personally I had gray hair 1 time in my life, when I was on Ray's diet (mainly consisting of milk) and took zinc supplements.

It seems a bit presumptious to draw that conclusion from such a study, it could also be that wheat protein is just not a good substitute for animal protein, rather than the wheat protein actually slowing down ALDH. Does anyone have the full study? It's not on scihub.

Well I know for sure in my case it had something to do with vitamin A , at the end of 2016 I had no grey hair , in beginning of 2017 side of my head was all grey . Somthing Vitamin A does to the body that makes it grey .

@r-2 but you can do commercials on hair products that's how good hair line you have.. I had also great hair line. Now my hair is disaster. I have bald spot only on one side of the head. The hair is no longer thick(you can see skin even if the hair is like 2 cm long) + weird discolored hair like not even grey or white color but weird discolored almost transparent... I think it has to do something with keratin as well and in my case also stress and possibly hypothyroidsm, vit A, copper toxicity etc.. I simply look best with 6mm on top and high bald fade on sides.. 🙁

my hair is a disaster now too , 5. years of vitamin A toxicity has ruined myhairlinee , though not so bad but lost quite a bit and its not so dense anymore .
