Copper and CERULOPLASMIN

PreviousPage 8 of 9Next

@alexm if you think that iron overload is your main issue you should simply donate blood 3 times a year and you don't have to worry bout iron anymore.. Btw I think apolactofferin is good for reducing free iron. The most toxic one. But will not reduce ferritin.. Blood loss will. With every 500ml of blood you will drop your ferritin by 30-50 points. I always wanted to try that modified citrus pectin for heavy metals, but I see it is expensive wow. 150 dollars for 400g bottle.

edit- heh so I just ordered two 450g bottles of MCP from Now foods. If this expensive shit will not do anything good for my. I am DONE with supplements FOREVER. I will never ever buy something else besides basic minerals. vitamins and amino acids.. 🙂

Well I donated blood in October and didn’t seem to feel much different, but I also donated on a day where I didn’t feel great as I had sexual activity the day before and fasted for 3/4 of the day before which both didn’t make me good afterwards. They also only took 250ml that day for some reason and not 500ml but that was probably better as I felt faint when they were drawing the blood despite eating and drinking lots of water before. I’ll probably try it again on a day where I feel better and find a place that takes 500ml.

The MCP is the best binder I’ve tried, the other ones all caused me issues. I think what sets it a part from other binders is that it binds to stuff in the blood as well rather than only binding to things in the gut, and it contains natural potassium which I think is helpful. You mentioned you do liver flushes, well after I started taking it I saw all kinds of nasty stuff getting released in coffee enemas that wasn’t happening before. Just don’t put the MCP in the actual enema, I did that before and it ruined the enema. Either take the MCP before or after the enemas.

Things like activated charcoal are really bad for sure it depletes minerals and nutrients. Everytime I took I felt cold, ill, bad gallbladder pain and I tried different kinds of activated charcoal too. Zeolite, bentonite, fulvic are also bad because they contain heavy metals themselves those also caused me big issues. Apple pectin and psyllium husk weren’t good for me either. I think all of these binders only bind to stuff in the gut and not the blood stream, which I think is an issue as if someone has leaky gut etc then metals enter the blood stream and then possibly the brain.

I also read this on a Morley interview “When our body ingests glyphosate, it attempts to turn the glycine into ceruloplasmin, which causes the ceruloplasmin to not utilize copper properly.”

When I take a tiny dose of copper sulfate, lots of glycine, magnesium I have perfect mental clarity and clearness and autistic symptoms disappear and I never got these effects from taking the glycine without the copper. It is 100% clear to me copper metabolism is broken on low VA.

@alexm I don't do enemas anymore. I would like to do liver flushes, but it doesn't work for me at all because it seems like my liver doesn't produce much bile.. I watched something about MCP. It should be absorbed in the intestine to the blood and there it chelates heavy metals and also lovers galectin 3 https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Galectin-3 So will see if it can do something for me..

@jiri yeah let me know how it goes for you. I haven’t done a liver flush yet, I was preparing to do one in may-July when my gallbladder first went wrong and was also having the prep such as cherry tart juice for the Malic acid but I couldn’t tolerate even a teaspoon of organic virgin olive oil back then without terrible gallbladder pain. At the time I thought it was the olive oil itself back then but now I know it wasn’t, it was just rancid oil. I’ve now found a lot  of oils and nut butters are rancid/oxidised and that’s what causes me gallbladder pain with fats rather than the fats themselves.

@jiri
If you’re able to you should also try this, while the MCP is helpful as a binder, im finding this Mega IGG 200 immunoglobulin supplement the most helpful supplement at the moment. It also binds to environmental toxins and pathogens but at same time rebuilds the mucosal barrier of the gut. My skin has improved alot since taking it. And my gallbladder is constantly making squirting sensations since taking it so it seems like it has turned it back on.

Whats also interesting is last year I couldn’t tolerate a tiny sprinkle of a capsule of the Mega IGG without extreme neurotransmitter symptoms (was like schizophrenia almost) and the worst right side pain ever. But now a year later I can use 4 capsules with no issues and I feel good from it. I think must be because I’m much less toxic now.

@alexm you need to register.. How much it cost? It is from US? Shipping will be expensive for me.. For now I will try just MCP and will see..

@jiri Yeah I didn’t buy it from there as I’m in UK, it’s available to buy on lots of websites if you search. Around £45-60. I think I saw you mention you had low white blood cells so could be good for you. But yeah try the MCP first and then maybe consider this.

@alexm yes I had low leukocytes every blood test I had in like last 15 years..  Can that be related to copper? Now I think about it last couple of years I had A LOT of new white hair on my head. I am 36yo.. So I do wonder if it's really low copper not from stress.. I was eating buckwheat during the low vit A diet which is high in copper, but maybe it was still low dose to balance all that ground beef I was eating..  The worst scenario is that when liver can't make systemic proteins like ceruloplasmin for some reason and I had in blood tests very high free copper which should not happen. Every time copper in blood is rising ceruloplasmin should as well. Some people say it's when you have adrenal fatigue your adrenals can't say to the liver to make ceruloplasmin so you end up with copper toxicity.. I believed that this was my case for years and that I need to keep copper intake lower and eat more protein and zinc, but what if I really have true copper deficiency for all those years. Just imagine I start with copper now and my health is almost 100% lol.. The other scenario is that my free copper will be so high which means oxidative stress will be high and I end up with serious issues.. I think I will try that copper and after 10 days or so will do blood work..

Btw just wanted to say since I first joined this forum I always enjoyed reading your comments as you spread good advice/knowledge.

Seems like you have been low VA for a while now, I was wondering what health problems have you fixed and what stuff do you still have issues with? And are you still having issues with VA foods or not?

I tried some organic buckwheat when I first went low VA and didn’t react well to it at all. I read on Dr L Wilson’s website that he said buckwheat is toxic somewhat.

Another issue is glyphosate which chelates copper down to a ph1 in the gut and makes it unusable. I found with grains going organic does not guarantee it’s free from glyphosate especially with organic grains and bread from the UK which I’ve found all to contain glyphosate still.

I forgot to mention since taking the MCP I am able to tolerate mineral supplements better eg rubidium, so I think it must have gotten rid of some toxic metals that were blocking other mineral channels. I’ve been waiting on an ionic mineral supplements order I got from the states for over a month now but once it arrives I’m hoping I can now tolerate other minerals better.

What happened to me is a few months of doing coffee enemas everyday I started craving copper supplement badly even though I hadn’t tried a copper supplement for a year. I think after doing lots of coffee enemas everyday my liver is now probably producing more ceruloplasmin so I’m able to use the copper better, I’m also eating lots of cooked veg now so I have good potassium levels and NA/K ratio (indicator of adrenal strength)on my HTMAs so that helps a lot with being able to use the copper. I think having good potassium levels is the most important thing for utilising copper properly.

I only require like 0.1-0.3mg of copper sulfate liquid drops, when my body needs it, it smells like nothing to me, but when my body doesn’t need any then it starts smelling bad to me. I’m probably going to switch to copper glycinate as it’s more bio available or maybe the mito synergy copper 2 supplement.

The people who are following Jason Hommel copper revolution protocol are reversing their grey hair issues with high dose copper, but like you said previously in this thread high dose copper doesn’t seem like a smart idea in the long run and a risky one.

Yeah I think I also had the same issue from 2016-2020, I probably had low ceruloplasmin  and high free copper as I had high oxidative stress, bad brain fog always , bad anxiety and depersonalisation, bad autistic symptoms. And also when i first went low VA and the high copper symptoms came back and molybdenum was helpful at times but it seemed like I was making not enough ceruloplasmin to deal with all the copper coming out. Excess copper can inhibit the GAD enzyme conversion of glutamate to gaba.

@alexm It is hard to tell what was just from vit A toxicity. But I had issues that looked like vit A toxicity symptoms like sun sensitivity, red and dry eyes, peeling of the skin and lips, head pressure/headache. That is mostly gone. I just have periods of very smooth baby like skin and periods where my skin has like goosebumps all over.. I am on low A more than 3 years for sure and I am still detoxing that's for sure.. I ingested insane amounts of vit A over the years. Egg yolks, full fat dairy, liver, cod liver oils, carrot juices, 10kg watermelons for snack in the summer,  retinol supplements, also low dose accutane cycle..
