Have you started to follow the Marshall Protocol, ingesting olmesartan every six to eight hours?

I usually take charcoal at night, before I go to sleep. The next day I'll feel much more clear-headed, usually my brain is like a swamp. Especially long-term memory is bad.

I took some charcoal last night and felt almost immediately better cognitively, I forget why I stopped taking it regularly...

Hi @daniil

Do you notice a whiter tongue from eating rice vs eating bread?

Nope

Yes, I have a white coating on my tongue. I'm not sure about its origin. All I can say is that it tends to get stronger from eating egg whites, milk and chicken. On this diet, I have already managed to get rid of it twice, but it comes back, and I still don't understand the reason for this (maybe I should be stricter about carotenoids?). I also have black dots on my nose (my skin condition has always been terrible). And they have significantly decreased, almost passed on this diet.

I'm not sure if I have a SIBO. The only symptom that could indicate this is constipation from starchy food. I have no other stomach symptoms.

To me, you describe my tongue. The only caveat is it hasn't been rosy pink for years. It is on the side, but in the middle there is a persistent fury coating. If antibiotics help, there is a good chance SIBO is involved. It's actually pretty common anyway. At the end of the day, what only matters is whether or not something brings relief. Diagnostics are only useful in so far as it informs treatment of the condition.

Ray Peat would argue that SIBO is related to hypothyroidism, and once the thyroid is strong again, it will clear up on its own. Well, this is kind of a simplistic answer, you get on the Ray Peat Forum, and it hasn't been working out for me. But I can say that I find sugars so much more digestible than starch. And starches tend to feed more bacteria as they need more digestive time, thus further traveling down the small intestine until they're broken apart to glucose which the body can utilize, and on the way feeding bacteria.

Activated charcoal seems to help me too. I notice the cognitive part as well with antibiotics or ivermectin. It's interesting how the stomach is so essential to well-being as well. Actually, the whole body is needed for good feelings. That's why I don't get the entire transhumanist movement. They never seem to have experienced suffering, they've never learned how body and mind are truly interconnected, and one cannot exist without the other. It's absolutely obvious to me. Anyway, this is a tangent.

I was really shivering this afternoon, my stomach was rumbling. And in the evening, as it turned out, a whole clod of candida and some worms came out. There are fewer black dots on the nose. All day long, were these muscle twitches. I forgot to take an antibiotic. 2 teeth hurt.

That sounds nasty. I hope you feel better again. Do you have any idea why this might have happened?

What, a candida discharge? I don't know, I'd like to know to repeat this trick.

Very interesting things in the Russian segment of the Internet... I thought I had candidiasis, but now I'm almost sure it's Margellon's disease. I'll figure it out. If someone knows how to treat this, I will be glad of new information.

I don't remember whether I wrote it or not, I took tests for candidiasis and it found nothing.

I even had this characteristic hematuria! But I thought I had eaten something colored, and I forgot. Now I think I'm a fool because urine shouldn't stain. Now it is clear where this fall of iron comes from.

The test with oil from the Internet works, really appears some fibers on my skin... I wonder if it has something related with vitamin A..

I wonder if my plaque is in the language of the same nature?
