A few important points over the past few days:

1) I reacted terribly to the banana I ate. Within 20 minutes, a mazol aappeared on the palm of the left hand, which passed after about 2 hours. It's hard to blame anything other than vitamin A. I wouldn't believe it if I hadn't seen it.

2) The same reaction, only of lower intensity to low-fat cottage cheese. It looks like the moment has begun when I lost the "detoxification cofactors".

3) Finally convinced that I can't eat pork. It definitely causes the symptoms of multiple sclerosis in me.

4) I reacted to activated charcoal like this: at first it got better. Then it got worse, then it got really bad. The next day it became very good. This seems to be consistent with the idea of recycling VA by bacteria. Or maybe the charcoal caused a vitamin deficiency?

5) It looks like I have the photosensitivity inherent in MP patients. I seem to feel better in the dark.

6) Biofilms continue to come out with urine. I wonder how much longer this will go on.

7) It seems that the skin on my face has become smoother. Or maybe my feelings have changed from the way I touch it. Sometimes it's hard to understand.

Otherwise, everything is the same as it was before.

Btw, someone wrote here that he has ADHD and muscle twitching (me too). I can't find this post now, but I would like to point out that I'm sure lutein is the trigger of these twitches.

As for me it was @kiero

Have you started to follow the Marshall Protocol, ingesting olmesartan every six to eight hours?

I usually take charcoal at night, before I go to sleep. The next day I'll feel much more clear-headed, usually my brain is like a swamp. Especially long-term memory is bad.

I've already bought it, but no, I haven't taken it yet. I measured my blood pressure and the upper one was normal, and the lower one was 60. So if I take olmesatran, it will drop below 50. I'm a little concerned about this.

So far, I'm just continuing to microdose the antibiotic, but apart from the short-term benefits previously described, I haven't noticed anything.

Have you started?

Every other day I take around 20 mg of Doxycycline. I've jumped on the low-abx treatment band wagon too. It's hard to say what has changed so far with it. Probably I feel a little more clear-headed. My main goal is to reduce the bacterial overpopulation in my gut. Do you have a pink tongue? Mine is coated, not as strongly anymore as it used to be years ago, but there is still some white left. That's a sure sign of bacterial overgrowth. Also, I've noticed that blackheads on the nose are a tell-tale sign of SIBO.

I haven't bought the olmesartan yet, still need to figure out a place to buy it from. I'm also a little resistant because I already spend a lot of money on supplements. I'm definitely curious to try it out and see how I feel with it. I've stopped taking vitamin D and think that makes a difference too. I don't feel too well with it actually, as I noticed in hindsight. It's so widely praised that I'm worried of missing out on something good, which is why I've continued to supplement with it for so long.

Have you noticed anything distinct from the low-dose abx treatment?

Yes, I have a white coating on my tongue. I'm not sure about its origin. All I can say is that it tends to get stronger from eating egg whites, milk and chicken. On this diet, I have already managed to get rid of it twice, but it comes back, and I still don't understand the reason for this (maybe I should be stricter about carotenoids?). I also have black dots on my nose (my skin condition has always been terrible). And they have significantly decreased, almost passed on this diet.

I'm not sure if I have a SIBO. The only symptom that could indicate this is constipation from starchy food. I have no other stomach symptoms.

Yes, but only a short-term effect.

Hi @daniil

Do you notice a whiter tongue from eating rice vs eating bread?
