After I stopped eating beef, the skin symptoms of Margellones disappeared pretty quickly. I also decided to quit coffee and switch to chicory, but I never started taking olmesatran. I haven't taken anything but taurine lately, because I realized that the rest of the supplements are useless at best. I've been eating quite a lot of white bread, so I think I don't need calcium supplements. My mood has gotten a little worse since I quit coffee, but otherwise the symptoms have gotten better. Constipation for some reason did not return. I would say that I returned to my condition before taking fish oil and vitamin A supplements. I really hope that this is the result of a diet and self-improvement, and not just a coincidence.

I think I would ski now if I had the opportunity.

Why would eating bread make you not need calcium? I think if anything it would increase your need for calcium, as grains have a lot of phosphorus.

From what I've seen in databases, white bread has a 1:1 calcium to phosphorus balance and contains ~100 mg of calcium. Yes, this is not an ideal ratio of calcium to phosphorus, considering that I eat quite a lot of meat/fish. But I'm not sure that we need such a calcium balance, I'm sure that VA increases our needs for calcium, so I'm not strongly worried about it, it's just important for me to get enough calcium.

Such a bread must have been made with some kind of enriched flour. Regular flour has much more phosphorus than calcium.

@armin Is it possible to take olmesatran and drink coffee at the same time? The instructions don't say anything about it. I want to start taking olmesatran, but without coffee I feel worse (mood is getting worse).

@daniil, there is a huge topic RE coffee on MP(olmesartan users) forum:

Thanks for the interesting link!

Hmm, I haven't heard of flour being enriched with calcium anywhere. Anyway, I have already resumed taking calcium, and also added glycine.

Holy crap Daniil how are you going now? Isn't morgelons related to nano particles or something? Are they feeding the animals bots so that the meat is contaminated over there? Your leg looks insane like bruises etc. It isn't a normal living worm infection?

What will you eat instead of meat? More beans?

How long does it take to heal? Does anything get rid of them?

Is it literally worms crawling out from your skin?

Sorry for all the questions and I'm so glad you're recovering this sounds like proper hell-scape stuff!!

Thank you, I feel myself relatively well now. Although my concentration is still not good.

It's unbelievable, but it looks like cocoons with midges, filaments and biofilms that appear from the skin. It would be interesting to film a timelapse, it seems to me to happen instantly.

Now I think that Margellon's disease is a clear proof of Beshan's ideas about microzymes. The government ignores this topic, probably because the recognition of this disease will be a VERY clear refutation of the ideas of all subsequent infectious science.

It is difficult to say what caused this disease and why beef provokes it, but I am sure it is related to the VA toxicity. Although it seems to me that even my visual perception of beef has changed.

I think lot of people dont do that well on beef and I hear more and more people finding it out. I used to think I had no problems with it, then I switched to venison and it made a clear difference. Our cows are not natural anymore, they are bred in a certain way and their feed is also full of chemicals that go into the meat.

Also did you guys know that in the US all beef gets irradiated?

I haven't written here for a long time. However, there's no need to worry about me, I'm ok. Now I have no neurological symptoms, no constipation either (although the stool still doesn't look perfect) and I stopped freezing. Margellon's disease doesn't seem to exist either. There was no trace of dandruff and hair loss. However, I still have poor concentration and am still sensitive to EMF. There are pimples. In general, as I have already written, I think I have already returned to my condition before taking VA supplements. Perhaps, however, there will be fluctuations in my condition, but so far everything is going fine. I have not changed my diet, except that I have returned to drinking coffee. I perfectly follow a diet without VA. I broke down a couple of times and ate butter, in general I am at an ultra-low level. I also continue to eat sugar (sometimes I drink cola, tolerated normally), gluten; avoid PUFA. My eyesight btw (already good), seems to have improved. I also stopped being afraid of dogs (a dog bit me as a child). And the speed of my speech seems has increased.

@daniil

All in all, you make progress in dribs and drabs, progress nonetheless. What fascinates me most about your progress report is you no longer are afraid of dogs. That's such an interesting observation. It probably is indicative of a new ability to learn by the brain, to be no longer afraid of a stimulus that was once associated with danger, but now the brain is capable to put dog barks into perspective. Really, I wonder how many people hospitalized in psychiatric institutions are vitamin A toxic. Reading from other reports, people notice reduced depression, better social skills and reduced anxiety as you mention.

We are very happy for you @daniil! This is great news. You have been so lucky to discover at an early age a way out of what I believe would have been escalating life long troubles. I started at age 67 and the road is long.I wish on nobody what I had to face and I thank @ggenereux2014 in my prayers every day for what he has done.  Now not only have you eliminated some problems you knew you had, but I am sure that as time goes on, you will see improvements in your health and  mind abilities that you do not yet foresee as possible. This happened to us, on some respects we are better that what we were as children. We are actually different people from what we were at the start.  Free and unworried, open to the future we shall create.

As @christian says, there is a new ability to learn by the brain. This is a renewal of the brain, that most probably supersedes the scars of past experiences. We have noticed that past experiences have lost their compulsion, their grip on our present emotions. This is destroying the past as we knew it.

My husband now is enjoying playing with dogs, I wish you the same, it is great fun. As to original sin and Adam and Eve thrown out of the Garden, there is the fact that they lost their ability to speak to animals! Yesterday I had an encounter with dogs in the park, and I felt my communication with them was even better than before! Worse, I passed a bank on the way guarded by a security man with a huge dog, and the dog escaped his master, rushed to me and licked my hands. The guard was extremely worried.

One thing we have learned is that the improvements come and go, but slowly towards the better. There are some bad times sometimes in between.

Good luck!

I wouldn't say I am lucky. My last 2 years of life were terrible (btw, it is symbolic that now exactly 2 years have passed since the beginning of the avalanche of my problems). I wouldn't wish anyone to go through this. And my childhood, I would say, was wasted.

One thing pleases me that I'm getting rid of it. And I feel that my life is just beginning. Those who will be after us are probably lucky.
