Eggs as part of Vitamin A reduction

So, the fiber ends up being really abrasive and irritating to the colon. It is interesting that you mention this. I had an event just before I developed constpitacion and dry "Sand paper" like stools, causing me to bleed each time in the bathroom. This moment was defectaing mucus in large quantities. After that I got more and more constipated. I wonder if stools become too toxic and bacteria get mad at all the toxicity and reactive in a defensive manner. Again it was after this mucus event that I started developing constipation.  I would guess that might have happened to other people who simply didnt notice the mucus.  Have you or anybody reading this develope constipation after a mucus in stool event?

There are several types of fiber, and the resistant starches should also be investigated together with the fiber family.  Fibers are supposed to create a mucus type substance; hard to imagine them abrading the colon rather than coating and protecting it.  Can you share some of the fibers that had the abrasive effect for you?  Maybe there will be a list of fibers to avoid at the leaky gut stage.  Maybe they are the same ones to avoid when you have SIBO.

I am currently eating 600 grams of beef, which makes up to aprox 600 mgs of choline according to Cronometer. One medium egg (44g) has about 130 mg. If I added one egg that would add up to 730 mg of choline from these two sources. How long would it take for that change to have an impact?  Sorry, you are no foggy magic ball, but I wonder if you have an opinion.

@michael2 One egg should help constipation and tolerance of fibre. It sometimes relieves constipation right away. It also helps people feel fuller and reduces cravings for more beef. You could see benefits from one month but longer term healing I say to most people give it 6 months. If you've had gluten problems for long time then you may need 2 or more eggs. The eggs will increase detox so anything you are doing to promote detox like high zinc may need slowed down. Egg(s) will improve absorption as well so supplement levels may need reduced too.

@chris-4 There are a few comments about eggs and choline in the video. I might summarise them here.

if this choline concept takes off I'm really interested to see if it does or not I think there would be a market opportunity for an egg producer to start producing you know low vitamin A eggs that'd be really easy to accomplish you could just you know feed these hens grain without any vitamin A added to it right now as far as my research has gone contacting chicken producers and egg producers they supplement the hell out of their their chicken feeds with vitamin A so obviously there's going to be a lot of vitamin A in the eggs if we took that out of the feed then the animals should be producing free you know low vitamin A eggs and that would be an interesting kind of market for somebody to kind of start looking at.

Grant says that he is doing very low vit A diet to show that people can do well on basically no vit A diet for 10 years. The problem with this is that everyone is completely different a lives completely different life and I think has also completely different needs for micronutrients like vit A. It seems to me that Grant has low sun exposure, has lower metabolism overall which means his needs for vit A are probably very low. But someone else who is young, has very fast metabolism and is exposed to a lot of vit A antagonists like sun, smoking, alcohol etc. could run into issues after year or two on low vit A diet...
