Eggs as part of Vitamin A reduction

PreviousPage 20 of 76Next

@andrew-b@andrew-b, what does sulfur issues mean? How can I fix it if any? Beef hearts and kidneys are great alternatives, shall I add any side dish with them?

@jean-2 you need molybdenum for sulfur metabolism.

@jean-2 you might need some molybdenum. It helps the conversion of sulfite to sulfate. It's also being used in the Vitamin A detox process. I suggest eating small amounts of black eye peas or black beans with the beef hearts or beef kidneys to get some molybdenum. https://sites.williams.edu/bigchem/sulfite-oxidase/#:~:text=Molybdenum%20%28Mo%29%20sulfite%20oxidase%20is%20an%20enzyme%20primarily,center%20and%20the%20iron%20from%20its%20heme%20group.

I take here and there 400mcg of molybdenum and now I take this as well. https://cz.iherb.com/pr/doctor-s-best-nac-detox-regulators-60-veggie-caps/41653?gclid=Cj0KCQiAz9ieBhCIARIsACB0oGIncX9o3KUEotbkWuEEfRUjgGuCtPJA9n0WzT2-tjyNPfYrU6ZaYsgaArdzEALw_wcB&gclsrc=aw.ds

Hi Andrew, I am new and am appreciating your posts! May I ask for the removal of psoriasis, how much taurine did you need with your mag sulfate baths? And how long did you do these for?

@michelle2 Thanks. What seemed to work for me was eating more animal foods and organ meats with taurine in them. I think also initially eating liver, hearts and kidneys with choline possibly helped up to a point and then the vitamin A built up from the liver. Magnesium chloride baths was what also seemed to help at the peak of Vitamin A toxicity. I did these for a couple of months at least. Magnesium sulfate baths may help some people too if lacking in sulfate.

Thanks Andrew. I have such an aversion to meat and fat...a bit nauseating. Can do roast beef in limited amounts. Do usually think s taurine supplement could help me?

@michelle2, I am also struggling with animal fats, triggers my nausea and my gastritis, slows down my transit. I'm doing much better on lean meat. Seems like animal fat is where toxins and hormones accumulate, which can wreck havoc our digestion.

The video has been removed. (What did it say?)

YouTube is not our friend 🙁

Thnx.

I ate my first egg yesterday. Just one.

My stool this morning was better than all those I did in years.

Coincidence? I'll report.
