LOL, but why? Linoleic acid is like diesel mixed with water compared with high octane saturated fatty acids.
Vitamin E function and requirements in relation to PUFA:
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4594047/The engine needs a lot of protection if you plan on feeding it that watery diesel.
I'm playing devils advocate here, I personally drink almond milk. Shock, horror.
The almond milk is made from germinated nuts though because in addition to high LA almonds contain over 2% phytic acid by weight.
That is a lot of phytic acid!

Yeah the VA mega thread got pretty heated over on RPF yesterday. 🙂

I think his stance has changed on butter somewhat, due to glyphosate(roundup), but he likes it for phytanic acid:

I think Peskin is a hack. All unsaturated fats make me react bad to carbohydrates.

Scientists are paid to find "wonderful" things about carotenes. They are also paid to find "wonderful" things about LA and phytic acid.
Historically people have put a lot more effort into reducing dietary phytate than they have carotenes.

A whole page dedicated to extolling the virtues of isothiocyanates.
I used the vegetable list to check that cauliflower didn't have too much of this nasty thyroid toxin. No wonder brussels sprouts taste so foul.
Poisoning for profits.

The black and white nonsense about fats should stop. I have seen increased satiation by using more polyunsaturated fats.
I do see a difference in metabolism depending on the source though. Packaged foods with lots of PUFA are king at messing my energy.
