This all started much before I got the vax

I'm about 3.5 months at full 160mg/day (40mg every 6 hours-ish). Started it August 1st, 2021. Blood pressure didn't drop too much. 120/78ish down to 113/67.

I have no complaints other than the days I don't drink or eat any sodium for an extended period of time (~ 24 hours).

The meds are really cheap for me and have no trouble getting them filled. Just taking it month by month, which I am used to. Just wish I would have jumped back on earlier in my plight this time around.

Have you noticed anything positive so far? Less fatigue? More energy?

Along with this, we all have to try to be productive /survive in this ever insane world.

Can't agree more. Some naive and innocent voice in me is not getting why the world turns ever more distressing. It's odd.

Have you seen Grant's post here that the vaccine may contain retinoic acid?

You may have passed another round of accutane.

Compared to where I was back in July, very much so. Olmesartan and these protocols in general are "playing the long ball". I am currently much more cognitively attune except for when I push myself by working out or not getting as much sleep many days in a row (I prefer to be awake).

I worked out with kettlebells swings all last week and I payed for it this week. Joint pain is doing its own "musical chairs " (there is no rhyme or reason) as my immune system was stimulated and stirred up some immunopathology, which according to the MP, is inevitable. I was tired of not doing anything so I felt like being active. After about 1.5 weeks of that increased immune response, it gets old and I'm ready for a brief break.

Other than that, I'm doing better. Just want to get my symptom levels down to a 2/10 and let the rest just come down at its own pace.

Wow, that's a pretty good response. I haven't worked out in a long time, mainly because I feel too exhausted to do so. So that's pretty cool for you that you get the chance to be active again. And I wouldn't mind being more focused during the day or, as you describe it, cognitively attuned. Btw, nice euphemism there: "musical chairs" for the seeming random coming and going of body aches. I imagine how those bastards have moved during the night, again the chairs which are usually by the table have moved to the door and the bathroom. Stay put! But they don't listen. 🙂

Your testimonial makes me really want to try Olmesartan too. I hope you get your symptoms under control so that you can live your life according to your own terms.

I feel as if I'd wasted years of my life.

So my latest conclusions are that;

Accutane has nuked my gut. Causing long lasting damage and resulting in malabsorbtion of nutrients and trace minerals.

I believe a magnisium deficiency would account for system wide inflammation, my biggest impairments are ADHD like symptoms and really terrible short term memory loss. It's hugely worse than people I work with who too have been diagnosed with ADHD.

My eye floaters are going crazy at the moment. I thought they had subsided over the last few years.

My next steps are to try to repair my gut.

Bone broth

Kefir

Fodmap diet

Etc.

@kiero I apologize if you have already said this, but have you considered working with Dr. Smith?

Ive spent the last few days digging deep into the forums. I have paid particular interest to @bludicka as I find my symptoms after being accutaned were quite similar to this persons. 10 years ago when there was only a few threads on the aftermath of accutane and of which I was relentlessly searching through, I landed on many of the same conclusions Bludicka has posted here, although I could not piece it all together at the time. Nor could anyone really. Grants work feels like the last piece of the puzzle, yet it seems heavy metals, oxalates, gut health etc etc are all still so crucial and seems to form a complete holistic picture.

Here is all @bludicka's posts (I hope they might see this and come back to share how they are doing)
