Liver Flushes

I haven't seen any reliable evidence for your claims but regardless if it helps people with gallstones eliminate their gallstones it doesn't mean that all "stones" from all the people doing the flush are gallstones. Doing the liver flush when you have gallstones is risky but still a better idea than surgery. There are better alternatives though.
Yes it is a chemical reaction, it is pure delusion to think that most people have gallbladders and livers choked with stones, especially when you've just read my clear explanation above. It is even more delusional to think that people can do the liver flush week after week producing cups of stones every time and that all these stones are from the gallbladder and bile ducts. It is a real lack of common sense on display.

No it is not. Like I said you need to do whole protocol and you need to change your diet and life style for sure. No junk food, no fried foods, no meds, no alcohol, moving your body. Malic acid is huge par of this. It really works to soften everything that is calcified and do you really think that regular people with gallstones are eating low fat(basically no fat) diet for a 7 days and after that will drink 120ml of olive oil with same amount of lemon juice?? That will create completely different reaction than eating fried foods with gluten and shit 5 times a day. Also I didn't said it will work every time for the first time. Most people don't have any stones coming out first flushes. But if you know you have gallstones confirmed with ultrasound you need to continue doing them. + diet and life style changes and eventually it will start working. If you need some "reliable evidence" which I have no idea what it means like studies? Well you need to trust the people on forums etc. You need to realize that nobody is gaining anything when someone says I am doing liver flushes and it changed my life.. What I know for sure mainstream health care approach doesn't work at all and just destroys your health every single time. On the other hand I never heard someone saying that he destroyed his health by following liver flush protocol LOL. Anyway I really don't know why I argue about this with someone. It is waste of energy and time..

Quote from Ourania on August 20, 2022, 4:59 amThank you @mat for your suggestion that eating vA might stop the release of ~stones~ during a liver flush.
As I have written above we did more than 50 flushes years ago and stopped, then did a few here and there with no results. I realized from your remark that at the time we had started eating a very high amount of vA and carotene foods and this might have been a problem. So yesterday we both did a liver flush (this after 2 years and 9 months on a low A diet) , and we got out a very good amount of stones, light in color but very yellow inside.
The last time we had done a liver flush, it was improductive, a month about before we started the low vA diet.
We have decided to go back to one flush every 5 or 6 weeks.

Quote from Ourania on August 20, 2022, 8:06 amI do not wish to give instructions on this, as my responsibility might be a problem. You can find all recipes on the internet. Simplest is best, a lot about this written for years by Telman on Curezone with testimonies and photographs.
Do not use grapefruit instead of lemons because of P450.

Quote from Hermes on August 20, 2022, 10:04 am@ouraniaOkay, I'll respect that. Thanks for the jump-start on my own research online. Indeed, Telman has written a lot about it on Curezone.
Quote from Carnivore on August 22, 2022, 6:29 am@christian Andreas Moritz has written about it. Hulda Clark too if I remember correctly.
I agree with @jiri 100% on this. Liver flushes are excellent to get toxic bile and stones out of the body. I'd consider this one of the most important ways if not the most important to get rid of vA and other harmful acids/plant toxins quickly and easily.
For myself I've changed the standard recommendations to basically a carnivore use, replacing olive oil with warm butter (or tallow) and lemon or grapefruit juice with apple cider vinegar + water. Apple cider vinegar is fermented so it's not as harmful as fresh fruit juice and butter or tallow are a lot healthier than olive oil. Works like a charm, too, and without nausea. When I did this in the past (the last time was maybe six or seven years ago) I always felt extremely nauseous during the night when I drank that toxic olive oil mixture, so I eventually stopped doing the flushes. Now with butter or tallow I'm fine and can do them regularly again at least once a month.
What's also important IMO is drinking plenty of raw milk because the calcium binds to the acids (retinoic acid, oxalic acid etc., basically all the plant crap that gets released over time on a no plant diet) and the salts/stones that are formed will clog bile ducts among others if they are not flushed out regularly.

Another name to research, thanks. Andreas Moritz sounds German. And that you vouch for liver flushes as well makes it convincing to test it myself. Someone on Curezone mentioned she would feel really great for two weeks after a flush.
Out of curiosity, where do you get tallow? At the butcher's?

Quote from Carnivore on August 23, 2022, 6:56 am@christian I get fatty cuts from the butcher and render tallow myself, but butter works just as well.
