New protocol to fix iron/copper toxicity
Quote from whatisaging on December 4, 2025, 10:37 am@jiri I have perhaps 2 glasses of water with each of two meals, each glass having 5 tablespoons, so 50g. That's an easy 200g. Then if I bring a glass or two to work, that can push it up to 300g.

Quote from Jiří on December 8, 2025, 12:56 am@whatisaging was watching your recent posts on lowtoxinforum. Do you think it is sustainable what you are doing? I am not telling you what you should do. I just have strong urge to say to you that it is the most insane stuff I saw lol. The dosages and also this idea that you are constantly searching for "symptoms" and ingesting more and more pills as day goes by. Like in what kind of state of mind you have to be to do this day by day? Doing this looks worse than be chronically sick and just enjoy junk food and PC games lol.
Btw the stuff Jacob is saying that "the more acidic vit C the better it works" now I wonder if the effect that Jacob is looking for comes from vit C itself or just the fact that it is acidic? He explains it as without vit C nothing is moving nad with vit C it keeps the rive flowing or something like that.
So I think it is about keeping calcium that is leaching from the body in solution perhaps? SO maybe trying magnesium or acidic stuff like malic acid isnted of vit C?
Anyway. Interesting stuff to watch and I hope you finish this whole experience ok heh..

Quote from whatisaging on December 8, 2025, 2:00 am@jiri I've been doing hg7 like this for a majority of the 11 months. I guess I never shared the details of my process before, or shared my doses very often, and it seems strange to you. I'm feeling good and hopeful for further progress. So yes, I think it has been sustainable.
It seems you are under the impression that I spend all day popping pills. I just do this late at night while relaxing and watching a movie. I pause the film to make a record in my log or to take a pill.
If the level of detail I put into my log makes you uncomfortable, that is an artifact of my scientific profession, where such level of meticulousness is the bare minimum. I take this process seriously because I want to understand the calibration phenomenon fully and fix myself. I used this data to map all my symptoms to the supplements, and it's why I'm one of like 3 people on the entire forum who doesn't struggle with calibration anymore.
The "symptoms" are very real, and there is nothing to search for. They happen immediately after taking a pill, as the metal balance shifts, until the metals are balanced by chelators.
I don't know much about the vitamin C issue.

It's less relaxing than the movie alone, but I guess I've been doing it 11 months now, so it's as easy as pausing to sneeze. It's like knitting a sweater or something while watching.

Nobody knows what the hell is going on in the body when you take stuff like
"1g b5
8.5g b7
28 GRAMS vitamin C
600mg b6
21mg molybdenum
7.8g EGCG
600mg zinc"

No gingivitis, but a history of receding gums, so it's an older wound of mine. On HG7, the imbalances seem to show up as symptoms corresponding to our personal injuries that didn't fully heal. All of my calibration symptoms were around before HG7 started and have a history/origin.
As far as imbalances go, the deduction here is that I was chronically low vitamin C on previous doses, since the pains stopped once I took enough C. I also haven't had to take a bunch of C like this, in the following days, so I think I'm filled up now. The deficiencies seem to carry over into the next days and can build up, but they can be reversed too.

Quote from Hermes on December 8, 2025, 2:24 pmI think Jacob and Whatisaging are showing that extreme measures are required to achieve good health. If you're in poor health, everything is against you. And, you can do what you want, you're barely moving the needle. At least, that's my experience.
I wish I could push HG7.
Right now, I'm also sticking to about 10% of the standard dosage because biotin is the bottleneck. It's sulfur based, and when there is excess bacteria in the small intestines, it ferments. For some time, I injected biotin, but this is not feasible and pretty costly. Standard vials come in 10 mg dosages per 1 ml, usually containing about 2 ml. Go figure, you run through a lot of biotin vials quickly when you even just want to supplement 100 mg. I've also started to add it to foot baths, but, honestly, I have no clue how much biotin I'm getting this way. I'm winging it.
To me, it's pretty clear: You can stick to a low VA diet for a lifetime, and you won't be healthy.
I'm glad Whatisaging is pushing it. He is untangling the calibration mystery.
I know that modesty and being "natural" seems appealing to a lot of forum members. But, I don't think this is going to be helpful for many who want to substantially improve their functioning in life. It's good advice when you're already in a good place. But once you're sick? Good luck with low VA and no supplements because you're just slightly increasing your chances of healing.

Quote from whatisaging on December 8, 2025, 2:59 pm@christian Not trying to tell you how to take HG7, but I only take the biotin that I need. The reason I go so high is that I get consistent tooth pain otherwise. So I wonder if the fermentation would do OK if you start with a low dose like 100mg, then only add more if you notice symptoms... I don't really get gas if I only add biotin based on symptoms.
