New protocol to fix iron/copper toxicity

@whatisaging

Thanks for the suggestion! Gas is really a minor problem. What happens is my sleep gets really messy, and I get nervous and edgy with biotin. I'm sure it's because of fermentation in the gut.

@christian

It could well be fermentation in the gut.  The funny thing about HG7 though, is that if a problem is caused by too much of one nutrient, it's solvable by tweaking some of the others, because of the draining of each nutrient by the others.  Figuring out which ones is, of course, the challenge.

Those symptoms sound classic low molybdenum imo.

The gut thing happens also with B12, thiamine, and taurine. Oh, and MSM has similar agitating effects. It's very uncomfortable. Restless legs could also be caused.

Funny I just posted about upping my biotin on RFP, and getting a feeling like being on antibiotics.  No bloating but gurgles and flatulence.

Tried 500omg B7 for a few days, some other symptoms, cold feet, and jitters, will drop back down to 2500mg.   at 2500mg, I don't feel the need to tweak.  Took extra 650mg EGCG and 1mg Mo which seems to have helped today

Normal stack:

1000mg B5
300mg B6
2500mg B7
4000mg C
200mg Zn
5mg Mo
3250mg EGCG

@christian If not copper, I'd guess iron like what @orion seemed to do.  Removing iron removes pathogens and normalizes the gut.  But now I'm just guessing, since I've never had to deal with this biotin/iron issue before, so I'll stop giving advice here 🙂

Haha, if it makes you feel good, continue giving advice. It may fall on open or deaf ears.

@orion

Interesting response! Maybe the biotin is healing something in the gut in your case.

Have you tried upping B5 with the higher 5,000 mg dosage of biotin? Maybe you depleted it with the doubling of the biotin.

@christian  Hopefully it did some good, I am continually making progress slowly.  I did drop back down to normal stack ratios and will keep it there, less tweaking needed.

@orion

What slow progress do you notice?

HG7 can trigger all sorts of emotions, probably caused by metals moving around. Usually, after a few hours, I find myself calm and peaceful.

@whatisaging

Tried 100 mg Biotin today. Within about two hours, I've noticed this uncomfortable nervousness rise (being uncoordinated is another side effect, not being able to be present). But then, I've started to notice some of the benefits of the biotin, too, like better memory. I noticed that, in the previous days, I found myself looking for words often. Another low biotin symptom is excessive appetite for cheese, somehow biotin is able to raise calcium, or move it around. Heisenberg mentioned it was involved in calcium metabolism.

@christian What is your normal biotin, at your 10% dose?  I can't tell if 100mg is high or low for you.

@whatisaging what about your live enzymes? DO you have some new blood tests?

I am trying right now HG7 stuff without molybdenum and low dose zinc. People who already have high copper in the blood will do bad taking just EGCG right..

I feel ok taking it with small dose zinc. That shows me I am simply low copper in the blood all the time(which I know I am I did crazy amounts of blood tests)

So it makes sense to feel ok on EGCG and zinc right? Once I feel that classic high adrenaline state from high free copper I know it is time for molybdenum..
