Takes the time to screenshot a public post, as though I'm hiding something nefarious. It's literally a public forum, anyone can look.
I'm posting my progress for everyone to see. I didn't pop up out of nowhere claiming to be on the protocol 5 months.
And yet can't find the time to screenshot his replies with Heisenberg.

I'm not Charlie and have no relationship with him. He's been on the Ray Peat Forum since I was in college. Do your research before you make bald faced lies like me profiting from the protocol.
I don't promote the protocol. I report my experience, positive or not, and any science that matches with the protocol. It just happens that my experience so far is good overall, despite month 2 challenges, but that could change.
You're trying to frame me as the "bad guy" scamming people onto some dangerous protocol, and it's clear you haven't read any of my stuff.
@moderator At what point is this enough for a suspension or ban? This seems like a troll account. We not only have continuous lies from this account with a clear agenda, but his original posts are totally fabricated, slanderous to the creator of the protocol, and can seriously confuse people. Not to mention that he keeps insulting me, which is fun for me to respond to, but might be against basic forum conduct.
