New protocol to fix iron/copper toxicity

¿O puedes decirle a Heisenberg quién eres?

Yes for private

@whatisaging can you ask HG7 guy on lowtoxinforum if he has amalgams? He talks only about iron and copper all the time, but with his protocol he is pushing out other metals as well.. But hard to tell when we don't see any tests..

If you notice, this guy created the account here in March of this year, and on the Peat forum in January when the creator of the formula joined. This guy is a secondary account of the creator of the formula; he has two accounts.

Good try, but I know too much about advanced mathematics to be Heisenberg, who never attended college.  We also have much different online presences outside of low toxin forum going back years.

So you reply to @alexm with 3 words, while I get over 6 posts and a screenshot of my own public post?  I even get a conspiracy theory!

What privacy, you called the guy a fraud who lies about everything and might kill someone, why is this privacy suddenly so important.

Heisenberg says that conversation does not even exist.  The proof here is kind of important.

But instead we get this weird endless nonsense with a guy who dared to question your testimony.

Of course, I'll put who I am here so you can pounce on me. You're so clever, hahaha.

Do I even need to point out how lame this attempt at an excuse is?

Sure  why not, this is fun.

First, Heisenberg is only on twitter, so your correspondence has to be on there.  Giving away your handle is not incriminating unless you've said a bunch of stuff that reveals your fabrication.

But also, you could have just black out your handle on the screenshot, or crop the screen and cut it out.

That would take 10 seconds.  Instead, we are now at days of this endless excuse making and misdirection.

If I wanted to pounce, I could just ask Heisenberg to reveal your info.  But it does not exist, so he can't!

One thing is clear: for someone who claims not to be Heisenberg, you defend yourself with surprising intensity.

It’s widely acknowledged that Heisenberg employs multiple accounts to promote his protocol—a scheme that appears chiefly designed to enrich Charlie, the admin of the RayPeat forum (another Heisenberg accounts ?).

What was once an open community has transformed into a paid platform, increasingly resembling a cult, where dissenters are promptly expelled if they deviate from the guru’s doctrine.

That said, I’ll skip the specifics. Protocols pushed on the RP forum tend to be short-lived, much like the notorious glucose protocol, which harmed many people before swiftly fading into obscurity

Hi Guys Moderator Bot is now awake.   I tried to follow the discussion (and it was not easy, so I'm grumpy) and it seems to have gone down a rabbit hole about whether a protocol of supplements to get rid of metals is dangerous, whether the person running the idea is nefarious, whether that person is actually here or not, whether people on that site or the R.P site are scam artists, liars or stupid.

Do I have it straight?

This forum is about Vitamin A Overload.   Please try to refrain from other topics.   If your topic is tangential, (such as metals) that is fine, but don't waste too many of our cycles on it, OK?

Now that I'm awake, from this moment onward any more arguing, and especially attacks, will be dealt with severely.

I'm 62 years old and I've been interested in natural health since about 9 years of age, when I began growing my own vegetables.

I'll give you my two cents:    Stop experimenting.

I would say "eat normal" and "be normal" but I guess I also mean just "KEEP IT SIMPLE".

No one even remembers what normal is.    Buy the simplest soap, the simplest everything!    Have very high standards about what you put on, or in, your body.

Simple?    No one even remembers what simple is!    Things are so crazy now.    I have to beg for people to PEEL CUCUMBERS.   No one in the past would have eaten an upeeled cucumber!   Unless it was pickled, maybe!   (shakes head)

All the supplements, herbs, essential oils, and other "cures" I've ever bought are now hidden in the darkest reaches of my basement where I hope none of my family can find them.

Always being on the lookout for the next wonderful cure... is a vulnerable position that opens you up to problems.   Ask me how I know this.

An example of this is that I read that a water filter brand was getting rid of toxin "X" and adding in toxin "Y".    THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS when you try to be complicated.

Is Heisenberg nefarious?    Walter White just wanted to leave his family some money, what's a little more meth on the street going to matter?   Of course, he grew to kind of like it, didn't he?

Those that are VA overloaded but feel they have metals issues, have you read "Breath" (Nestor) and implemented some better breathing ideas?

Also, perhaps give blood monthly (or as often as you can without upsetting your applecart).   I had a long-lived grandfather who out-lived 3 wives who did that.

@lil-chick giving blood is one of the best things that you can do for longevity that's for sure.. But many people can't donate blood. It would be great if people had the option to "bleed for health benefits" at some place if they can't donate blood.. I did it couple times myself, but it is messy..
