Parasites! worms! (asking for a low-VA friend)

@janelle525

A lot of alternative health influencers are paid to control narrative, delegitimize the most effective approaches, push false dialectics within false dichotomies, host other controlled assets that are also acting as independent sincere experts, employ sophistry and obfuscation to baffle listeners, keeping them in an unconscious state of cognitive dissonance which encourages dogmatic compliance and discourages independent research.

Military grade full spectrum psychological assymetric information warfare on those seeking cause based health wisdom.

@tim-2

That's a long sentence. I don't disagree with you, but I wish you could give some examples because it's a strong statement.

@christian

It's the nature of how power works in a society pretending to be free.

It was a non falsifiable statement.

Food for thought.

@tim-2

A lot of alternative health influencers are paid to control narrative, …

This is the part that can be safely confirmed or not. That narratives are created was most obvious during the Covid "pandemic". But you make specific claims about a narrow field, the alternative health field. I wouldn't be surprised if that happened, but I don't see any evidence. I'd argue that most people who promote a particular diet do so in earnest, but perhaps without realizing how their choices are hurting them. I'm thinking of WAPFERS who promote cod liver oil and die young. No CIA involvement there, just stubbornness to stick to their ideology. On the other hand, fluoride in the water supply is clearly an orchestrated scam. But I'm not aware of anyone in the alternative health food scene being a fraud, as you claim.

I've said more than I normally ever say. I made non falsifiable statements. If you disagree no worries. Take what I said as opinion.

I could elaborate on all the red flags that scream controlled asset to look for but it'd take a lot of energy and time to put what is now instinct for me into words. I can't be bothered. I'm not getting paid for my time.

Some energetic people do extensive research on the backgrounds of alt media influencers and it is often disturbing what is found. Many of these people are the scum of the earth.

But you make specific claims about a narrow field, the alternative health field.

That's what's relevant to this forum. The same thing applies to all alt media as well as MSM.

The reason I said what I said is because many here have a blind spot for alt media.

Carnivorism, virus denialism and science denialism are symptoms of intense demoralization and are seen here.

I'm thinking of WAPFERS who promote cod liver oil and die young. No CIA involvement there, just stubbornness to stick to their ideology.

WAPF isn't just a few health seekers with a strong conviction for the benefits of cod liver oil. It's a well organised group run out of DC. You put your foot in that one. I'm not saying there's proof they are controlled but can you prove they aren't?

@tim-2

I know too little about WAPF. Anyway, it's really not that I'm here to argue with you. It's more curiosity. And yes, you are certainly not being paid to invest your energy here, which you have done plenty of. I remember you helping me in the past when I asked you about an herbal supplement to fight SIBO. I appreciate that.

One thing that comes to mind that is probably another controlled opposition is terrain theory. Sketchy backgrounds, and when you dig into it, sloppy thinking. Miles Mathis has a paper on this: https://mileswmathis.com/terrain.pdf

Who are these authors/journalists who do such extensive research, if you don't mind sharing?

Yeah I was heavily into anti-vax stuff and got into all the groups with top influencers. I think many of them were controlled op. Thanks to them now we have laws mandating vaccines. I think it was more wise to just stay quiet on how to have healthy children rather than shout it from the rooftops so then everyone is like oh no! these people aren't vaccinated! The horrors! Neither of my kids are vaccinated and they've never needed a doctor. Even when we were eating junk food and living in a moldy home. And now doing the low vitamin A stuff they aren't getting sick at all.

@christian

Not authors or journalists. People that do it in their spare time. No one can make a living from exposing controlled assets.. it's risky enough just doing it anonymously for free.

I looked briefly at Mathis' site when I saw him mentioned here. Sorry but if you think he has found a plethora of genuine flaws throughout science we aren't on the same page. I very quickly dismissed him.

It's not hard to be right by criticizing pseudoscientific outdated health theories though.

With regards to SIBO is that still an issue for you? I'm curious how zinc supplementation affects it?

@tim-2

SIBO is still a problem. It's probably up there with vitamin A overload. Low dose antibiotics are helpful, currently taking about 50 mg of azithromycin every third or fourth day. Can't say much about zinc. I take some topically, about 7.5 mg daily. Haven't tried it orally in a while, maybe higher doses and oral supplementation might be helpful.

I have learned that the best digested meat is chicken. Beef causes some problems, probably related to the SIBO.

If you have any suggestions I'm willing to listen. Thanks for asking.

@christian

What approximate range is your serum retinol in?If it's still high low dose vitamin C supplementation may be necessary to prevent subclinical scurvy. Because 7-alpha-hydroxylase is ascorbate dependent hypovitaminosis C can affect bile production exacerbating SIBO.

SIBO causes zinc depletion. With SIBO, it can be difficult to replenish zinc without supplementation. Supplementation can have a profoundly beneficial effect on gut disorders. Replenishing zinc requires about 30mg per day for 1-2 months then 30mg every two or three days.

How much high fibre food are you consuming like legumes, fruit and whole grains?
