They don't look the same, but maybe that's just because of different camera/lighting. Anyways anything that yellow has plenty of carotenoids in it. I don't know what specific kind of millet that is but there many millets with plenty of carotenoids

Those yellow millets are not "very low vit A" which is what this thread is about. No food with a strong yellow or golden color is very low in carotenoids. The third paper I linked is about proso millet. Here is another one.

Over 500 µg of carotenoids per 100 g, in some of those proso millets.
