Speaks something against freeze-dried fruits? I would like to add blueberries and thought I would buy this freeze-dried version in addition to normal frozen blueberries:

What? I don't understand at all what you trying to say lol. I don't see any golden. Proso millet is yellow and yes that is the same proso millet I eat. No I don't see any problem with freeze dried fruit..

If I take white quinoa, maybe it’s better instead of millet, right?
But that colors always mean a lot of cartinoids is not true I think, for example beetroot has even less cartinoids than quinoa and is just very red.
