Rapid Gum Recession

My gums are fine now, I had some recession when I was eating really low vitamin A for months. I also got these weird blisters in my mouth, that Grant talked about in his book. My gums got normal again and the blisters mostly stopped (I still get them sometimes) as soon as I started beta carotene again.
So I think most people outside this forum would come to the conclusion that I was deficient in VitaminA or beta carotene, but your explanation certainly makes a lot of sense. The question is how long do you have to eat low A until your gums stop dumping vitamin A? How much more will they receed until they improve again? I admit that I got scared of the detox (if it really is detox) because I doubt Grants theory is right. His theory doesnt make sense in my opinion. I made a thread about it here:

Most people here dont get triggered by beta carotene or retinol, they get triggered by histamine liberators, dairy proteins, lactose and lectins (in my opinion). See this thread: https://ggenereux.blog/discussion/topic/histamine-liberators-might-be-the-biggest-problem/
If you have any autoimmune condition you will slowely get worse if you eat ANY histamine liberators (in my opinion and according to my experience).

I think my gums are happier using baking soda/salt to brush with. I do take things carefully and gently when it's still gritty. Not going to overhaul you but might help a little bit.
