Thank you for this input @sussan! This is great news, both because things are improving  for you, but also because they are improving where the improvement is not supposed to happen. Meaning that you are touching the area of rejuvenation. And that you have actually stopped the degeneration. Which would seem to prove that stopping the vA input has put a stop to this.

It is always very tricky to track down what we have done wrong, because the process is very slow. I find that I have now reversed small details of my body I thought were congenital. I am not the same body I received at birth. Who am I?

Thank you for the support!  It really is remarkable how the body can heal itself.  

1 year 5 months on low A: 

I saw a package of spaghetti that on the ingredients vitamin A had been added along with other stuff the manufacturer added to provide nutritional unbenefits.  (just like manufacturers do with milk) .  Got to be careful when buying food.  Don’t take anything for granted cause vitamin A palmitate is added in lots of food and the law requires to have them added.  No wonder people are sick.  

My progress isn’t much lately except my scalp isn’t itching anymore.  That’s a relief.  

The loss of hearing in my left ear hasn’t changed but have no other disturbing symptoms from the tumor.

I haven’t been able to gain weight.  I lost too much too rapidly when I first started this program.  I’m not losing more and my weight is stable but no gain.  I added back yogurt but it’s homemade to see if that will help.  

No skin problems and no more acid burning eyes  at 4 in the morning.  Slightly dry upon waking.  I mist them.  I also noticed when I do neck exercises my eyes get flooded with moisture.  Could be the dry eyes are circulation problem.  No dry eyes during the daytime.

Yes to Got to be careful when buying food. It is obvious that this is a worldwide campaign to speed things up, degeneration among others.

Yes to neck exercises, I thing this is about circulation, of blood and of lymph, which are regulated by the autonomous nervous system. That is, it should work perfectly on its own, but if you introduce substances supposed to speed this up, increase greed etc, the cleaning up of the brain is endangered. There are many ways to help circulation to the brain or the contrary. I think vA is a helper in the clogging up of head circulation. Just as any substances and practices increasing speed. All these attempts at speed are doomed to fail, just as taste enhancers  work for the first five minutes then they fry up your taste buds or anyway the body brings a contrary reaction. Life is not binary, it is not the flight or fight, there are at least three mechanisms at play.

Mechanical means like neck exercises are much less dangerous than all chemical interferences.

@ourania I’m very interested in your ideas on neck exercises. I’ve been looking at lymph flow from brain and glymphatic system. Which are the ‘speeding up’ chemicals you warn against?  I recently had a seizure (see porphyria post) and am very interested in being very careful while helping brain toxin clearance. Thanks 😊

I do these neck exercises that are described in the Facercise book by Carole Maggio.   You might find it on ebay for real cheap. While on my back after doing some other face exercises when I first awake, the 2 neck exercises she describes are as follows.  

Lift head slightly about a 1/2 inch with the hands supporting the neck 25 times.  After that rest a minute.  That was the easy part.  The next one is put your arms down beside your body.  Then lift head and shoulders off bed, turn  head side to side and then down to rest.  She says to do maybe 20 times.    Maybe start with one.  It is very hard at first.  The other exercises are good too.  When I slack off my TMJ comes back bad again.

Thanks @sussan I will try these. My TMJ has been really bad again. I got rid of it on the vA detox but it’s come back this year post covid/stress of house move and I can’t seem to get rid of it. 

@jaj Huge changes happening in my life for the last few months, culminating now. Which seems to be getting rid of my past in a constructive way as vA leaves my body (and brain I think). But every bit of energy is needed to make this successful. What you ask is exactly to the point but I do not feel able to explain myself! Will not forget to do it, as soon as I can.

All neck and eye exercices should be done while holding the lower chakra (muladhara) powerfully closed. In the excellent book that @sussan cited by Carole Maggio (Facercise), there is an emphasis on this from the start (but she does not call it "mulabandha", this being a yogic term). Also in the exercise where you lift the head off the bed you should lead from the throat or the front, not from the back of your neck. Like all exercises meant to break your habits and give you a different body, the devil is in the details and we tend to forget parts of the exercise so as to make it easier or even to stop it from working to ensure that we stay as we are and do not stray into the unknown.

There are a lot of very interesting comments there.

What I mean by "speeding up" chemicals is anything really that ensures that we do not go into parasympathetic mode, or rather obliges us to stick to sympathetic mode. I believe that this sympathetic dominance stops us from detoxing vA because in my mind this happens between the shifts from sympathetic to parasympathetic and the reverse. A short time that happens less often if you spend too much time in one of the other positions.

The shift is supposed to happen every 90 mns or so. But what if you keep working, stressing, watching TV etc... for longer times? In that case there is less total time spent per day in the middle. And we get habits that makes it so while we sleep.

All is going well with my challenges, thank you! The Past is leaving me. Bewildering.
