The relationship between Vitamin A, Copper, Ceruloplasmin and Thyroid
Quote from Alex on February 13, 2024, 7:58 am@jiri Yeah they are just a proxy, they send your hair samples for you to the TEI lab in America that's how their website works. You don't need a practitioner ordering through their website either. For all the supplements it usually costs around 90-100 pounds for maybe a couple of months worth.

@jiri Also one thing the supplements will detox you and be changing your metabolism that you're used to feeling, so they would normally recommend people to take x2 , x2, x2 of each supplement per day however if your toxic or have been in bad health this is gonna be too much for you probably, so you need to go slower like one or two of each per day and possibly work up as your body gets used to it, I do roughly 1-3 a day and take breaks when I feel I don't need anymore due to detox. But when I am on them I get a lot of attention from girls, my posture is naturally better without me having to make an effort to adjust it and my face just looks healthier and crave less bad stuff for food and my breathing is naturally better and fixed when I take them. Also find my brain works a lot better too especially after a few days of taking them. But yeah when they are detoxing you, you can feel worse or more stressed, higher brain glutamate (autistic symptoms), but still all the positives I listed before happen at the same time as the negatives from detox.

Quote from Jiří on February 13, 2024, 1:09 pm@alexm I have very hard time to maintain posture.. Can you tell me how much of what minerals the major ones are you taking when you take them or jsut give me link on the supplements and which ones are you taking pls.. Just so I know...
Anyway I think balancing the body with HTMA is probably the best thing, but at the same time you have to know that your life style, diet etc. is optimal. Because if you do everything wrong, you are 24/7 under stress etc.. balancing minerals will not help much. It would be like 1 step forward 1 step back..

Quote from Alex on February 13, 2024, 4:52 pm@jiri My posture also terrible before I started TEI supplements or when I don't take them for some time. I take para pack, minplex b , potassium plus, hcl plus, vitamin e plus (with selenium), some days I only feel like some of them it depends. Seems like they are suggesting this combination for a lot of slow oxidisers my friend just did an HTMA and he was recommended the same as this but without the potassium. The only thing I am wondering if you are consuming glyphosate in your diet whether the TEI will still work properly or not with the Vit A it has in the para pack.

Quote from Alex on February 13, 2024, 4:55 pmAlso one day I tried out my TEI supplements on my 74 year old dad who quite slow in the brain and physically too. And it made him much more aware and gave him much more energy and motivation, also he craved a meal with a huge amount of chicken compared to normal. He hasn't done an HTMA but I know what it will show for him he will be a very slow oxidiser and probably high calcium (calcium shell possibly?) as he he eats a lot of dairy, fat and carbs, sugar, coffee and less meat. The only thing was now the TEI supplements had awakened him almost from his usual sedated state, so this made him a bit annoying to be around as he was noticing more stuff than normal.

Quote from Jiří on February 14, 2024, 12:10 am@alexm yeah that is the problem. I really don't want to take any vit A supplements again.. Will see very soon once I move from here to some sunny place close to sea. If my bile flow will be restored again it is clear where was the problem..

Quote from Hermes on February 14, 2024, 9:40 am@jiri Good luck moving to a new place. I know it's a challenge to leave a familiar environment, all kinds of dark feelings rise to the top, but it's worth it. I'm going full hermit at the moment and I'm enjoying it. I used to be afraid that I would turn into a weird, old, cranky man, but the beard is not long enough yet.
