The relationship between Vitamin A, Copper, Ceruloplasmin and Thyroid
Quote from Jiří on May 11, 2023, 10:17 am@alexm what type of B1 and B2 and how much are you taking? Btw ordering that TEI test from that UK website is only for people from UK?

I have no idea why they make supplements where is like 40000% of RDA like WTF... Anyway I am done with spending all my money on expensive supplements. I will continue buy only the very basic stuff and take it here and there when I feel like I am not eating anything that has that vitamin or mineral and that's it for me. 🙂

@jiri Yeah but your body will just pee out the excess, at the moment I don’t really need b2 as much as before mainly just need b1 and b3. And gonna start low dose b9 and b12 again. My b12 was actually high in my latest blood test despite not supplementing so that could either mean deficiency, from gut issues, or methylation and folate issues.
While I do think supplements can defo cause issues sometimes, I don’t understand why some people in here think they can obtain all their nutrients from diet alone. As if they have Vitamin A toxicity issues then that will mean their gut health is also likely messed up so nutrient absorption from food will be compromised to a degree. Then on top of that you have certain things in food which block nutrients such as glyphosate, phytic acid, fructose blocking copper etc.

Quote from Alex on June 5, 2023, 8:07 am@jiri I would consider trying Haiduts T3 it fixes bile issues for me, and two other people I know who had bad vitamin A toxicity it fixes their issues too. NDT is also needed to stop things from being imbalanced.

Quote from Jiří on June 5, 2023, 9:15 am@alexm I am thinking that I will go back to my endo and will ask her if she can prescribe me T4 with some T3. I was taking T4 for a long time and I also tried T3 but my body was so unbalanced that I couldn't tell if it helps or not. My TSH was under 1. That was better than now 13 on a last test LOL.. I tried for years to fix thyroid, copper, ceruloplasmin but nothing worked. Unfortunately I can't test reverse T3, but I am sure that when I was taking a lot of T4 like 150mcg and I felt like shit my reverse T3 was sky high.. Now I am thinking that T3 could help me like you are saying. Stopped high dose T4 was probably good thing, because now even with TSH 10 or more I feel better than on that high dose of T4.. It was probably overload for my liver that was already in bad shape. It was a time during Ray Peat/Morley Robbins, so tons of vit A, copper, fructose. My liver was in really crazy bad shape. But now I think if I try some T4 with T3 like 75/100mcg of T4 and like 25mcg of T3 it can work for me.. How do you take T3? I would split the pill into 4 and take with meal 4 times a right? I would like to take NDT but it is crazy expensive. I just can't buy T4/T3 hormones for the rest of my life. I have to take what hey give me here which is euthyrox and if I am lucky they will prescribe T3 as well. If the endo will not prescribe me T3 I will at least take that T4 and try to buy some T3 somwhere from gym guys that sell steroids.. I don't think that I can buy T3 from haidut which is in the USA to Czech Republic.. Btw is it true that taking synthetic T4 somehow lowers iodine in the body? It is like Gbolduev was talking about that when you take some end product of the body like hormone the body will eliminate micronutrients needed for synthesis of that hormone?

It is so complicated trying to replicate thyroid hormones in the body. It is basically impossible due to how complex human body is.

Quote from Alex on June 6, 2023, 4:02 pm@jiri It’s not me in that post comment section, I only learnt about thyroid stuff this year.
I used 8mcg T3 (1 drop) twice yesterday and half a capsule of NDT twice separately to the T3.
I have been exposed to severe mold in my bedroom since I’ve back in London and it’s caused issues like breathing issues, waking up feeling super rough and brain dead, pale face, joint pain, rashes, feeling of glass in throat etc, bile getting shut off, bleeding hands etc, feeling cold.
And I haven’t been able to coffee enemas for 3 months as I don’t feel safe doing them in a place that has mold. And wasn’t able to do them in Costa Rica either.
Well I’ve now found out mycotoxins shut off bile transporters in the gut and mess up bile acid synthesis.
Also this: Cytokine activity = liver inflammation = T3 syndrome
I take the T3 and my stools go dark brown (were pale before), bleeding psoriasis on hands back to normal , stools and urine burn but it’s good as it seems like it’s a detox, colour returns to face and I look young again and body temperature normalises instead of feeling cold. Taking the NDT on its own didn’t produce these effects. The T3 fixes bile issues I don’t feel like taking it today as I’ve dumped enough bile and temp is good so I’ll probably cycle it.
The other two Vit A toxicity guys I know also got dark brown stools and good bile production from adding T3 in

Quote from Alex on June 7, 2023, 1:21 am@jiri I had 0 issues with the delivery it came extremely fast within a couple of days ordering it, no customs it appears he knows how to bypass customs.
https://idealabs.ecwid.com/Tyronene-p70230387 That’s what I got, shipping was 35 dollars but I chose the fastest and most expensive option. I also bought 3 other of his products.
Probably would be best to email him if you’re concerned about shipping issues to your country
