Vitamin A plus environmental toxins (lithium/aluminum/mercury)
Quote from Henrik on August 10, 2023, 2:00 pmAfter a decade of peating Ive some experience with MB. its mainly an electron chain decoupler though it has some other properties as well. I never had great success with it but it had some nice effects initially, After starting the detox I stopped tolerating it (like most drugs and supps) and didnt see any benefits. Its important to know that it tends to raise NoX and and not the endothelial one so if used it should be used very prudently

Quote from Viktor2 on August 10, 2023, 9:15 pmVery interesting that you mention sinus problems. A few months ago I had a cold that would not go away and led to a bad sinusitis.

Some alt health people say that certain viruses like to linger in the ethmoid bone area (behind the nose). I just know that things do seem to get entrenched in the sinuses. In 2020 they diagnosed me with an impacted sphenoid sinus and were really eager to go in and scrape it out. I knew instinctively it was the wrong thing for me. I ended up taking an enzyme blend called repair gold. Something like 2 capsules 4 times a day for almost a year and it did clean it up. The nerves, the brain, the sinuses, they are all so interrelated.

Quote from Ourania on August 11, 2023, 5:50 amThis is very interesting and I would love to hear more details as I have a similar problem. Did this infection come back after you stopped the enzymes? Did it go away suddenly or progressively? I was hoping that changing the ratio of vA to vD and vK would influence that ethmoid bone area and reverse the damage but this has not happened yet after 3 years and 8 months on the diet. A lot has improved though and recently my anhedonia of 20 plus years has lifted! Sinuses must be discreetly getting better, or maybe they are going to, following your convenient post! Maybe the threads of reality have joined and you bring me the answer I need. Thank you and please elaborate if you can.
Wishing you the best of luck and health.

Wow. I just finished reading the section in Poisoning for Profits about vaccines and I must say that it was a tour-de-force. My head is spinning. Thank you for writing that piece in your book; you have consolidated several thoughts that I've had over the years and expressed them quite well -- in addition to adding many details I had never heard before. I might have questions after my mind digests it a bit more.
Relevant to this thread is the discussion of aluminum and vitamin A (as retinoic acid). As was noted in the link above from Dr. Exley's work, aluminum makes cell membranes permeable, allowing the retinoic acid to waltz right in and do damage. Interesting that, in the USA, aluminum cans began to be used for beverages around 1960. I don't know if that's relevant to the "jump" in chronic disease rates in the 1980's, about 20 years later.
Hmm. More to come. I have one other question that I will post in a new thread.

My advice, from what I have personally experienced, is to first identify what is driving the inflammation in your sinuses.
You will likely want to know if there is a neurological component to why your sinuses are inflamed. You ever hear someone say that the food must have been good because it made their nose run? That could be due to how the gut/brain connection was stimulated.
Many years ago I had a long string of sinus infections. I actually prayed to find an answer to the problem and a new thought appeared: "corn syrup." So I stopped eating at restaurants and otherwise got it out of my diet. The infections stopped.
Another driver can be aspergillus or other molds. An ear/nose/throat specialist can run tests to find if you have any specific allergens driving your inflammation. If you have a hidden mold/fungus issue in your home or workplace I doubt you can clean up the sinuses.
As for using the repair gold (by enzymatica), it certainly is worth a try if you have the funds to spend. Not directly related, but, there are stories of people having an acute injury and taking something like 10-20 capsules multiple times a day and finding that their healing was unusually fast. ... BUT ... we don't know how that would affect the A detox process, so again, you have to weigh out the risks/benefits.

Quote from Ourania on August 11, 2023, 6:19 pm@charity Thank you for your reply, which brings more questions than answers… I used to take Wobenzyn enzymes but stopped when I went on the vA elimination diet, as I feared it might contain liver products. No idea how it might interfere though. The repair gold is entirely veg I see.

Quote from Viktor2 on August 11, 2023, 11:24 pmNot sure if this helps, as mine was an acute infection caused by nose congestion for several weeks (even though I sprayed my nose several times a day to uncongest).
What helped was using a heat lamp (just 100W) several times daily to help fight the viruses and also assist with congestion a bit. Probably also increased blood flow to the area to ramp up the immune system.
