weird feeling after eating chicken breast..

@r-2 Yes I think it is from beta alanine.. Nothing serious.. Just eat your meat.. 🙂

hmmm ... you are right , In my case it wasnt selenium , something was wrong in amino acids. Though for me its lil more painful . I have pain and tingling sensation in the back of my hand and feet . fingers crossed , lets hope it goes away . Cause meat is the most necessary food for us 

btw how much meat are you eating these days ? and what kind of meat is it ?

@r-2 Trying to eat low vit A, low copper means basically rice and meat heh.. Now I eat like 400g chicken thigh, 200g ground beef, 5 egg whites and most days also pork sausage for some extra calories..

Read somewhere that beta-alanine can drop your taurine and histadine levels, maybe supp'ing some extra taurine(red bull) would help or isolated histadine amino acid.   Probably related to histamine conversion.

Pantothenic acid is an important water-soluble B vitamin consisting of an amide of pantoic acid and beta alanine

B5 hairloss;  Alanine can bind histidine, and stop cysteine conversions into taurine. I would assume people are trying to supplement cysteine in this case and fail since it is histidine probably that is needed.  Vitamin b5 is alanine so it binds histidine and you lose hair.

 

@orion I was taking histidine when I was on forum hackstasis.com Gbolduev was talking about how without histidine there is no stomach acid production.. I have 1kg bag of taurine and I take it here and there. Same with glycine. I have this issue only after eating chicken breast. Chicken thighs are ok.. I was eating so much chicken breasts during bodybuilding days sometimes 1kg a day.. Now I don't like them at all heh..

@jiri  I tired all the aminos and fasting, etc while on hackstasis too, it helped somewhat, but this is before Grant's ideas on VA found me, and realized fasting stops VA coming in.  I still have all the pack of isolated aminos, I use them once in awhile as to not waste them all 🙂

@orion Btw I was the guy in molecular hydrogen thread. Was doing hydrogen water with magnesium and citric acid.. 😀 I still have no idea how it works. It changed my hair test a lot.. It definitely is doing something. I think it is great anti oxidant. It can help the body a lot when it is under a lot of oxidative stress and is out of balance..

Ah @jiri you are Yura?  Ya we all tried the H2 water, it really seemed to lower most of our metabolisms, was good to experiment though.   I think a lot of gbol's stuff is really good, but doesn't help when you are packed full of VA or post accutane.

I am in a bad situation , before few months ago I was doing. so good , I was able to eat meat as much as I could . I tried chicken and beef today , and again I am getting pain on top of my hands . meat and eggs were the food I used to tolerate well and they were the ones keeping me well and I recovered a lot on it , but seems like bad luck has struck me again , I gave up on meat for 2 months , I thought this pain thing would go away on its own , but now I feel so weak my legs are paining , I know if I eat. meat again it will make me feel better again , but this pain sometimes is too much and frustrating . What a bad luck !
