Bile excretion when having diarrhea?

@orion Yes I used both taurine and zinc until early August/September, when my eyes became really bad. I just quit everything if supplements except B's. I started this diet in May, and took zinc and VC from the get-go, and probably started with taurine in July, can't remember exactly.

@are Do you think they were helpful at the time or just not noticeable?

I think it is interesting that something as far away from the bile duct (eyes) are affected.  I'm not saying they aren't.  But the flush is designed  to get the bile cleaned out-- and yet the eyes are affected.  And adversely.  Gosh this is all so complicated.

I posted here about dry eye and a new cleansing method.  I was wrong so I've chopped it away.

Almost like 90% of all the foods on Garrett's list have enough beta-carotene to give me eye problems.

Would this work and be safe with only sea salt?

I've gotten rid of my post here about eyes this week.

My hands, face and eyes are dry from exposure to a blizzard we had this week.   Our lives are complicated and sometimes it isn't easy to tell what is causing what.

Now, of course, a person's skin, eyes etc should be able to handle forays into the cold.   duh

@ladybug I don't think sea salt will give the muscle relaxant results that epsom salts do, for a liver purge.

Here is a quick read on the proper liver flush:   https://www.davidwolfe.com/liver-gallbladder-flush-protocol/

@orion I wouldn't use espom salt anymore. Because for me it was actually counterproductive. This diarrhea from that epsom salt just makes me sick, dehydrated and I end up shivering in the bed during the flush. Which is the worst thing that can happen, because the liver will contract and the release of stones/bile will be almost impossible also because due to dehydration the bile will be much thicker.. You don't need to use any type of salt for the flush. The most important part are citrus juice with a lot of fats. Ideal type of fat seems to be olive oil, but people use all kinds of fats and types of oils. Before the flush is important to eat low fat diet at least couple days before. The day of the flush eat maybe some fruit in the first half of the day and then nothing. Just some liquids and when you drink that citrus juice with fats is very important to be warm in bed + keep pet bottle or heat pad with hot water on your right side where the liver is. Also ideally before the flush you should do enemas(just body temperature water with some salt is ok) so your large intestine is clean and do some enemas also after the flush the next day in the morning. If you wake up at night you can take some binders like enterosgel or activated charcoal and that's it. I learned the hard way. No more epsom salt induced diarrhea.. Horrible experience.. Btw people like in Greece(older generation) for example drink every single day in the morning like 5oml of olive oil. It is basically mini liver flush..

@jiri thanks for this info, this is a really good idea, I had mentioned I heard that some doctors prescribe the mini-flush like the older generation does.   I will try this way next time around, really dislike the epsom taste and feeling.

How are you doing lately?  Are you able to work fulltime?  Any progress?

@orion I am trying to work some part time jobs like 5-10 days a month. So I have some money for essentials. I could work full time, but there is not a lot of jobs right now + I don't even need much money + because I am trying to detox also copper with vit A. I need to rest as much as possible. So my adrenals can be in good shape. Which is essential for making ceruloplasmin for copper metabolism.. Dark, cold, foggy winter is perfect time to rest..
