Bile excretion when having diarrhea?

PreviousPage 5 of 7Next

@are I have been using 0.5g every night before bed and I think it has been helping.  So for a flush I was thinking 2.0g

I have 250mg capsules right now.   I think I have read that 4.0g is a daily average limit for charcoal...  but I am sure it varies per person, probably by a lot!

@are Burning ass: After a few flushes this does not happen anymore. It can be quite painful but cream for baby's nappies rash does wonders!

@are yep the first few flushes are miserable, after I got to about 5 completed it became more routine.  Make sure to get electrolytes today, salt and potassium.  And stay close to a toilet 😉

@ourania have to wonder if the burning butt is pure retinoic acid putting the sting on!

I now wonder too @orion if this burning is from RA. At the time, when I didn't know about RA I thought it might be pesticides/preservatives. Who knows now?

But we did many flushes producing stones after that and no burning.

Would this mean that the later stones did not contain RA?

would a special lamp like Grant's show if the stones contain retinoids?

@ourania now that I think of it, the burning is probably just a digestive track that is not use to normal or higher amounts of bile acids, which is probably a bad thing, we want normal amounts, proper gut flora.   When I experimented with bile acid pills and betaine HCl, bile acids would cause some quite disruptive movements and burning butt, if I took to much.   Also think that the RA coming out is conjugated/glucuronidated, so probably less harmful? but haven't researched that much...

I have the burning issue when I have my "everything must go" nights.  Can't help but feel like my attacks are natural detoxes of the type you are creating on purpose.

@orion @gonzalo so first proper flush done! With oil and everything. Forgot activated charcoal though. Fasted for 24 hours before first dose at 6pm. Really uncomfortable experience. Really nauseous in the morning, and slept horribly. Tired. Burning ass. Feels like I have no water left in my body. Lotta small green stones, not too many though, maybe due to me using apple cider vinegar + water + oil before bedtime? It was really acidic.

Hope this will give some relief to my eyes after a while

@are  Completed flush number 21 last night and first on the low VA diet.  Forgot how really disgusting they are, the drinks taste horrible and the oil is nasty!   But once you start doing them regularly it gets easier.  I took 1.5grams of charcoal with the oil and it didn't cause any negatives, hoping it helped bind up more toxic material.   I will probably try and continue with one a month, depending on life activity.

@orion Nice =) Yeah, you said it, freaking disgusting! I almost puked on the 4th dose. Fingers crossed that they get easier, I trust you! How are you feeling 3 days later? I thought I felt better on day 2, but now super dry facial skin and dry eyes are back to being as bad as before.

@are I usually feel back to normal on day 2, the day after usually feel dehydrated like you mentioned.

Garrett Smith's newest video talks about how Taurine and Zinc are really important for dry eyes.  Since our bodies don't produce tons of Taurine, it might be something to experiment with.

Seems that the things that transport(Zinc) VA and things in the VA detox pathways(Taurine, Molybdenum) might be important to take as a supplement while in the earlier stages of this diet and if you have eye issues.   Have you tried them?
