"electrolyte protocol" by Gbolduev

@are in this case ridicule hehe.

Hello, I read this topic with interest and I hope you can help me. I can't live like this anymore. I am a 32 year old boy and have been fighting PSSD for 6 years and have not been able to recover.

Blood tests showed severe hashimoto's hypothyroidism, thyroid hormone treatment brought the numbers back, but I have all the hypothyroid disorders. It is as if the hormones taken are not doing their job.

What could I do to recover from this PSSD of mine? I have zero morning wood, only manual erections, but without fullness and they last very little. Help me, please!

@pippo  hard to tell bro. I would do hair test and follow their program..

how looks your diet?

@pippo, I also have Hashimoto’s and it took me a very long time to figure out what medication works for me. I am now on T3 only therapy and this truly has been a game changer. I no longer have any hypothyroid  symptoms. “Recovering with T3” by Paul Robinson describes this therapy in details.
It is hard to fix anything in the body when the thyroid is sluggish.

I haven't done the hair test, I should do it. I only did blood work, which showed hashimoto hypothyroidism and low vitamin D (I supplemented it quietly).

As for hashimoto's hypothyroidism, I have tried all therapies. I was first put on only T4, then on the combination T4 + T3, then NDT and finally only T3. My TSH also drops to close to zero, so the numbers are fine, but the symptoms of hypothyroidism don't go away. It is as if the cells are desensitized.

Does it make sense for you to try taking potassium and magnesium chloride plus liposomal glutathione? Would it help my PSSD or hashimoto somehow?

It is known that vitamin A competes for the thyroid hormone. So "symptoms of hypothyroidism without hypothyroidism" sounds like VA poisoning. If everything else is fine, low VA is probably all you need...

1) "Good example will be pregnenolone , which causes iron to go down. And then this causes hairloss in people taking it."

Most likely, the hair falls out due to acceleration of the removal of VA, and not a decrease in iron, and this is a pleasant side effect.

2) "Also NEVER suppress serotonin. Serotonin is needed to make melatonin. With this program, your serotonin will go more into melatonin"

Melatonin is most likely a harmful thing. Experiments with melatonin are being conducted on rats, which are nocturnal animals and will have the opposite effects on humans. It ITSELF increases estrogen and serotonin.

3) "NADH 10mg a day in the morning. Better to get it in sublingual form OPTIONAL since NADH could generate ROS. and in some people this won't be good"

I would not accept B3 in any form. There is something to think about this, for ex:

https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/20480523/0

It is also serotonin metabolite.

4) "Overmasturbation leading to low zinc and especially selenium levels,"

lol, does it has any proofs?

5) "Plenty of vegetables (like Kale, spinach, etc) PUT HEAVY ACCENT ON SPINACH AND KALE and BROCCOLI and try to eat it with every meal."

6) In general, I did not like this text, a lot of emotions and little thoughtfulness. I would not take any mineral supplements right now, especially iron, magnesium and molybdenum. I think that in modern society, problems with the excess/use of minerals are much more common than their deficiency. In my opinion, getting it from food is not a problem.

@daniil if hair tests are to be trusted the vA detox does seem to deplete/use up certain minerals. Whether they can all be got from diet I don’t know. That would be the perfect aim of course, however, I do think that some supplementation may be needed by some to keep processes running smoothly. I guess it will depend on individual genetics, microbiome, diet, previous diet etc.

I think the risks are too great. Calcium supplements are an exception.

@pippo sometimes the main problem is deficiency of some elements due to toxicity. In my case all health problems started after I got amalgams.. So mercury toxicity + very bad diet basically low in all key minerals and also protein. After that I started masturbating a lot, got prescribed accutane and after that it was very fast downhill for me.. Unfortunately now I know it's not that simple to just remove that toxin and replenish minerals, protein.. The damage to the body is done. I still hope that I can be like 80% of full health. That's good enough for me. So I can live normal life.. Every case is different. We are all different with different story. It's hard to tell what someone else should do.. All I can say never give up.. Life is more than just erection. Remember that it can be always much worse. Some people can only wish that their problems would be erection and libido..
