Every second. Although I'm 26, so still young so to speak.

I've also noticed increasing blood while brushing my teeth.

I think the cold, with relation to grants theory on the application of vit a in fighting illness, may be triggering a dump.

Not sure. Regardless I'll keep documenting anything I notice here

My gums started bleeding at about 4-6 months into the low-A diet and didn’t substantially improve and stay blood free consistently until I stopped my medium to high oxalate intake. My diet is pretty limited now but I feel much better.

Regarding your white moustache hairs, I found white hairs in a mole recently. Believe that to be dumping as well. Else I still have gotten new white hairs on head, but also white ones growing back dark. Dont know why, but probably more A is released than the body can handle?

Did you ever experience new whites during the process,

@ggenereux2014

Hi Liz,

Yes, I had a lot of white and gray hair. I had a large amount of gray hair growing out of my nostrils and my upper chest was pretty much covered in gray hair too. It was always much faster growing than the non-gray hair in the same areas. I had hair (and gray too) growing in places it should not have been at all (such on my outer ear lobes). And my regular colored hair was completely missing in other places where it should have been normally.

Thanks for replying @ggenereux2014 i know you got a lot of the dark hairs back after some time. Has the white ones stopped appearing for you? Grey ones, some at least, are a natural part of aging I suppose 🙂  Bnd what about the areas with/without hairs - has it normalized as well?

I was looking through photographs at my progression into worsening symptoms over about a 15 year period.

White hair was certainly part and parcel of what has happened to me!   Face went red/(orange?), hair went white.

Whether that was going to happen or not, I can't know.    This was from age 40-55.   As I've said, online age guessing apps put me at 73 hahah    My parents have white hair but got there slower.

The hair has a yellowish tint, straight out of the follicle.  The woman who used to cut my hair told me it must be my water, but hubs has no yellow in his white.

I've got more nostril hair than is strictly necessary.  My eyelashes are now mostly clear and kind of sparse.  My brows are  normal.

Memory:  some Nordic people moved in next door and they had blonde hair to start and it turned dark.  In talking with them, they told my mother that something about the diet change of moving to America made Nordic hair go darker.  Don't know why that would be, but it is interesting.  This was in the 70's.

Dr G believes it to be carotenoids coming out into the hair. The yellow tint I mean. So not your water. My whites exploded from nowhere about 1-2 years ago and I am 36.

I am sorry for hijacking your log @kiero

Hi Liz,

Yes, my hair growth pattern is now back to normal.

Woke up this morning to my left sinus being clogged. They have been better over the last few months but not 100%, but now this morning one is clogged up.

I think this must be related to my liver as last night I ate a large meal (rice, beef, beans, onions etc) and fell straight to sleep. Earlier in the day I did munch some cookies and lollies.

So I guess all the sugar, fat and poor eating schedule overloaded my liver and this is perhaps how I see that play out.

Has anyone had sinus issues that they can relate to vit a and an over burdened liver? I've been trying to find a scientific link but only get so far as what I can see and then perhaps Chinese meridians tie in slightly.
