Quote from Sheila on November 17, 2025, 10:30 am@jiri I already ordered the hair test!! Like you said though, this is the first one.. will send you results… will also look into tudca, etc… I feel very fortunate to have found someone that cares to give an opinion.. dentist appointment this afternoon… consult about the removal… I will make sure the safety precautions can be met.. or find someone else…

Quote from lil chick on November 17, 2025, 11:03 amI'm sorry I'm not totally up to speed on this thread, but I am curious about the vitamin A aspect of Sheila's case.
Hi there, Sheila!
As an aside I've had some of my amalgams taken out, but a few still remain and I drag my feet about them. You know, one of the worst aspects of taking them out is that there is a darn good reason mercury-amalgam fillings they were chosen. A very soft metal. The replacements are harder to get right and can sort of upset the teeth that they meet up with. I've even heard of people who have them out and don't replace them... but they are on the outskirts of life, such as Aujonus Vonderplanitz. In truth, the very best thing would have been to try to save the tooth naturally in the first place... to solve the infection and have the hole naturally glaze over on it's own. Nothing is really as good as your own tissues. I'm definitely not saying you should do this either. It's a tough problem. Yah, don't mean to be a Debbie Downer and yah, most people end up relieved that they got rid of them.

Quote from Jiří on November 17, 2025, 11:55 am@sheila You ordered hair test from TEl? With report as well? You need at least report from the lab and recommended supplements if you don't work with practitioner. Like I can look at the hair test and say if you are slow/fast oxidizer in burnout or look if you have signs of hidden toxicity etc.. But TEl charts are much harder to read in comparison with ARl and I have no idea about the other trace elements that they test in TEl, but it is cool to see them that's for sure. You can always show that hair test to some practitioner and ask what he thinks. Even on lowtoxinforum is one person who is doing HG7 protocol as well and is practitioner his name is ZinkusMaximus I think. So he will help for sure when you MSG him. Just make your log on that forum people will help for sure..
@lil-chick never had any issues with BPA free composite. The guy did really good job.. Is it ideal? No. IS it better than amalgams? 100% there is no even comparison. Mercury is the most toxic heavy metal out there and last thing what you want in your mouth. I am not saying everyone needs to remove their amalgamas. But I am saying every time you eat something, drink something hot whatever mercury vapor goes directly into your tissues in the head. Next to impossible detox stuff like mercury from the brain etc.. It is also easier to believe in it when you see elevated mercury on hair test. That was exactly what I needed to see. Otherwise I would still have them for sure..

Quote from Sheila on November 17, 2025, 12:18 pm@jiri yes test with reports! Ok I will send to others to review.. I think two of my amalgams are wisdom teeth… may just pull those as they oppose each other… both on left side.. one upper, one lower… right side removed years ago… that would get two quickly… received tracking on test… will receive on 21st…

Quote from Jiří on November 17, 2025, 12:22 pm@sheila you can post the result here as well. Just make sure you cut the hair sample correctly and that the hair is clean. No even shampoo with selenium/zinc etc.. Hopefully they gave you info on this..

Quote from Joe2 on November 17, 2025, 1:02 pmIt is worth it to get removal / replacement done with someone familiar and experienced. Worth getting this done before anything else. Worth knowing that getting it done wrong can take life south fast and hard. Of in Georgia in the US, there are plenty of dentists who have been doing biocompatible work for years. Some for decades. If in Europe, @jiri
might know how to find one better.
