New protocol to fix iron/copper toxicity

PreviousPage 25 of 32Next

@sheila you should probably get better in swallowing pills. You will take a lot of them on the program. Tablets are full of fillers and garbage. It is always better use capsules. So you can open them and take it that way. I do it when I don't want to take full dose. For example B complex I tak 1/3 of a capsule etc.. For amino acids I buy powders. It is much cheaper. You can add glycine to drinks or sweet meals. It has sweet taste. Other amino acids are disgusting for the most part, but I am ok with it. The worst taste ever has TUDCA and MSM. I can deal with MSM powder which is like soap water, but TUDCA must be in capsules. It tastes exactly like bile vomit and that taste will stay in your mouth for hours..

Btw after amalgam removal take some activated charcoal. It will bind to any mercury if you swallow some amalgam particles.. Hopefully they will try crack those amalgams and pull them out without drilling into them and creating a lot of vapor during the process..

@jiri I agree… opening capsules or crushing tablets is how I get by… I can drink almost anything.. no matter how bad it tastes.  The TUDCA may not be easy from what you said.   I ordered some of the products suggested as I did not have them all.. I think the dentist is open to the idea but wants to see toxicity levels first.. I have 7 amalgams… 2 are wisdom teeth…. he was not inclined to pull the wisdom teeth…   he may think I am crazy but no one understands unless they are going through these things… I forgot to mention have had frontal hair loss since starting birth control pills at age 17… stopped the pill around 35… too late of course… IUD placed at age 40… questions are how long does it take to remove toxins??  Will this be forever with the estrogen??  Now slightly worried about adrenal glands… is there anything else I can do?

Again, I'm curious and sorry if you have mentioned it and I missed it, what are your current thoughts on vitamin A overload?

@lil-chick hello.. I am not familiar with Vitamin A overload… taking a topical with vitamin A (Estroban)… after discussing with others, not sure I even absorb vitamin A from this product… would toxicity show up in the hair sample mineral testing?

OK, well as fate should have it, this is a site about vitamin A overload!   🙂 This topic here about iron/copper is just a sub topic or side topic to the main topic here which is vitamin A overload.   You can look at the wikipedia entry for a quick overview of the mainstream thought on the subject.   (hypervitaminosis A)    You might want to read or skim Grant Genereux's book(s) and if something there hits a chord with you, you can consider cutting back on vitamin A in general.   It has helped me a lot.  I am only moderate-low vitamin-A diet.    Some people here eat diets that are very low.

Of course, not everyone has vitamin A overload.    This problem was first seen in arctic explorers who ate bear liver and died.    Of course, their exposure was sudden.   I think that many mysterious problems could be down to long-term smaller exposures in diet... There is also a board here about people who have used topical retinoids (accutane) and loads of people on reddit have related accutane to bad symptoms too.

I don't think hair testing gives data on vitamin A overload.

I edit and re-edit things, so if we are online at the same time you might see my posts change.   :).  (and hopefully get better haha)

@sheila " I think the dentist is open to the idea but wants to see toxicity levels first.. "

what? It is non of his business. Ridiculous...

Btw like I said before you could have very low toxic metals on first couple if hair test. Only when the body gets stronger, better adrenal, thyroid function, better levels of key elements like I said zinc, selenium, iodine etc. only after that the body knows it can handle start to releasing toxic metals out of the tissues to the blood..

Detox in people like you will take a long time obviously. But you don't have to worry about it. It is simply about the fact that you are on a right path and you are slowly getting better. Like I said there will be periods of health getting worse as you detox. It comes and goes in cycles. People experience old physical injuries or emotional traumas surfacing as your body starts to heal from the inside out basically. Most people never deal with all kinds of physical and emotional injuries. They just push it away and keep pushing their body with stress by living overal unhealthy life.

Nutritional balancing covers all of this. You should stop all that chronic stress. Let the body rest and heal. It is not fast fix. It is not about just taking pills and you heal. That's why it is not popular and nobody outside small group of people is doing it.. But in my opinion nothing comes even close to that..

Did you listened that audio I posted about nutritional balancing from Dr.Wilson? Highly recommend to listen all of those videos on that channel. It will help you to understand that process better. In the middle of that list of videos he has like 20 audio videos about Dr.Wilson talking about nutritional balancing.. https://www.youtube.com/@thisall4real/videos

Between them is also video about adrenal burnout https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K-oUL4HPwCE&t=1871s

In terms of vit A toxicity in your case it can be a problem as well. You are probably slow oxidizer as you will se on results of hair test. So your needs for vit A are very low. That is another reason why dairy is bad idea. For sure stay away from foods like liver, carrot juice etc.. It should be probably part of your protocol. Keeping eye on high vit A foods and avoiding it. Nutritional balancing doesn't deat with vit A toxicity. They assume you are average person who doesn't eat any high vit A foods. But most people who are trying to "eat healthy" have crazy high vit A intake. Not good for people like you..

Advice on swallowing pills. I literally learned this recently. Did you know this? #dreverywoman

@whatisaging I wanted to ask you do you think those high doses of biotin are really needed?

I am thinking trying 10% dose, but for biotin I would use only 10mg capsules.

So it would look something like

5-30mg zinc
600-700mcg molybdenum
400-500mg vit C
30mg b6
100mg B5
10-20mg biotin
320-480mg EGCG

Like all those doses are basically almost "mainstream" so I wonder if it can work with 10mg biotin pills..

Btw do you know guys already why some people end up with liver damage from EGCG? Is it because their body runs low in molybdenum and can't urinate out copper or what?

@jiri  I think some people do ok on lower biotin.  I am not one of them.  Some things I watch for are teeth pain and hair loss.

I don't think studies clarify why very well.  In my case, either low zinc or low moly can cause pain in two different areas, near the gallbladder or kidney, or lower near the liver, respectively.  This suggests either iron or copper isn't getting pushed out, respectively.
