New protocol to fix iron/copper toxicity
Quote from Jiří on March 5, 2025, 1:21 am@whatisaging that Heisenberg said about Smith "If that is him, dude looks unhealthy as hell."
The funny thing is Smith has much more visible transformation for the better than him. Not to mention he is in videos so you can always stop it and show screenshort where he looks weird. Also he is much older. Heisenberg provided what some comparison photos with some weird heavy filters and with completely different lighting, angle and face expressions Many people even said to him that they don't see any difference lol.
Btw "I'd end up as high as 34mg of molybdenum by the end of the day"
that is INSANE. Chasing some drug like effect with doses like this. If you really think that this will balance the body I really don't know what to tell you lol..

I took a three-day break from the protocol after a month and felt great, much better than before I started. That's a pretty cool "drug like effect", where the more you take it, the less withdrawal symptoms you get.

Quote from Jiří on March 9, 2025, 4:15 amDo we know how old Robbins is? He looks so unhealthy it is crazy.. Loaded with retinol and copper from all that beef liver he is eating. I would love to see results of his liver biopsy.. Btw watch it in time 52:20 What the hell is that Dr. lady? She looks like she has dementia or something. Probably poisoned with loads of copper from Morley lol..

The guy is taking INSANE amounts of main copper antagonists molybdenum, zinc and vit C for a long time and has no copper deficiency symptoms. Meanwhile look at all those copper promoters. They all look like have copper deficiency. How interesting is that.. It will be interesting if a lot of people will start this protocol how many of them or if any will develop some copper deficiency symptoms.. I don't think everyone is copper toxic, but many of us are. I will try something similar, but much lower doses and apolactoferrin instead of EGCG, because my liver enzymes are already elevated and EGCG could do more damage.. But I don't see the need to rush into huge doses like in that protocol. I will just up my zinc and moly, add some Bs with apolactofferin and will see..
Have you tried lower dose modfified HG7 ? if so what where your experience?
@whatisaging any speculation on how this would compare to the original stack?

Some people like Charlie and @lilrawhoney did fine on apolactoferrin. If it helps with the symptoms that are thought to be iron related, then that should work.
A lower dose is much easier. With the high doses of b/c vitamins, it's hard to take all the mineral and egcg at once, so we're forced to calibrate for hours as symptoms come in to get all this stuff into the stomach. It's kind of hard when you have a job or responsibilities.
But I've been trying lower doses recently, like 1/4 or 1/8 the size, and it's possible to take it all at once without all the post-dose adjustments. There are upsides like before, but things are more muted. And the protective effects are lowered as well. Like if you try it with junk food, your normal food reactions will return. Even with healthy food, my usual post-meal fatigue and brain fog stick around for a few hours. One explanation is that my bile has some toxins like unbound iron and copper, and the smaller dose can't quite handle it.
Overall, if I eat clean and have a good lifestyle, the lower doses enhance my lifestyle a bit and don't cause me side effects, but don't fix everything either. That might be enough for the average person, to be honest.

Quote from Jiří on March 11, 2025, 3:16 am@to for me this concept doesn't work at all. It makes sense, because I already have low copper symptoms for like a decade now and low copper in the blood as well and just by taking some generic chelator like EGCG is not working. It just makes everything worse and if I take even mainstream doses of copper antagonists with it like 400mcg molybdenum everyo other day, 30mg of zinc a day.. I completely crash. Feel extremely anemic and hypothyroid, with very low body temperature and all the symptoms of copper deficiency because my blood copper is like zero lol... This protocol works for people who still have decent adrenal function, who are really loaded with iron and who have still somewhat functioning bile production and flow.. That crazy guy who created this protocol don't understand that people have completely different biochemistry issues going on.. I never had high iron symptoms. High copper symptoms I have only if the body dumps the copper from storage and that is only when the body feels strong enough to handle that and that is the only good time for me to take extra moly, zinc and some vit C.. If I take any of them it crashes copper in the blood completely. Lowers sodium like crazy so I am dehydrated looking like 100yo guy who was working his whole life on the sun.. I know how I feel when I have high free copper and when it is zero. So for me what works is to eat balanced diet, keeping copper lower from diet around 2mg no more and not taking any copper antagonists. Even 500mg vit C completely kills me. So I take only 100mg from acerola. Managing stress etc. and once the body dumps copper again it is usually during the summer when everything in the body works faster and I feel that crazy copper stimulation, rise in sodium, so water retention etc.. that is like I said the only time I would take some moly, zinc, vit C to lower that free copper in the blood again.. Slowly like that lowering that excess of copper in the liver. My main issue is to keep my chronic stress low due to living situation, work etc.. So I am not taxing chronically my adrenals and liver can keep making bile and ceruloplasmin..

Quote from Ivan on March 11, 2025, 8:34 amI've been on the protocol for five months... the guy doesn't have a clue about anything, he makes up all the symptoms to take... after two months of the protocol I got three blood clots in my leg... and I didn't know why... he doesn't have a clue about anything... the important thing is that he's been on it for three years. And the other day he said that he hadn't taken it for a few days and all the symptoms came back... be very careful, I almost died with this protocol... he told me that you lack vitamin C, then zinc, then molybdenum, he doesn't have a clue... and he aged a lot in three years. I think he's lying about everything and he knows it.

Quote from Ivan on March 11, 2025, 8:39 amHe knows that I almost died. Blood clots, lots of clots, and he doesn't say it anywhere... his traits are of a narcissistic person, he says that he doesn't get along with anyone, that he doesn't have friends or good relations with his family... I think that this man is lying about everything. In the group only two or three people got better and those two people were already saying that they had symptoms again after two months. Either he puts a stop to that fraud or he kills someone like he almost killed me... now I have to take antifreeze for the rest of my life because of the protocol and that man.

Quote from Eio on March 11, 2025, 9:00 am@ivan Your experiences with blood clots and upset emotions adds to my belief that this protocol increases estrogen and overall stress. It may work out for some people but I wouldn't recommend it. There is a person on the lowtoxin forum who just posted that he had increased varicose veins which is also a sign of too much estrogen.

Quote from Jiří on March 11, 2025, 9:41 am@eio how crushing copper will increase estrogen? Is it confirmed with blood test? I think it does the exact opposite actually. It crashes estrogen because it crashes copper. Copper is needed for elastin and without elastin you start to develop all kinds of collagen issues live varicose, spider veins, skin aging etc..
@ivan that's horrible.. But I don't think that you have to take drugs for the rest of your life. I would make some blood testing for fibrin and if it is high I would start to take some enzymes like Nattokinase. It is crazy effective breaking down fibrin and blood clots.. Thanks for your honest experience with this. That is exactly why I created this thread about it here..
