@alexm I have always wondered if taking thyroid would speed up VA depletion, would help increase transthyretin.
I don't worry about organic vs. non-organic anymore. Unless buying direct from a farmer you know, I doubt there is any difference.

Hey @jiri No meal plans, just try to eat meat and starch for 3 meals. Not sure of my ratios, I don't track that anymore. Most of the meat would be lean, I do find heavy fat meals, don't make me feel the best. I use 50/50 Na/K salt and apply liberally to taste and don't measure. I use small amounts of peanut butter occasionally, so not worries on overdoing peanuts 🙂 No worrying on Ca/P, I do use Apple juice, apples and taters for VitC. I have bottle of K2, I was using, it doesn't seem to have a pro or con effect. So I may take a drop here and there.

Hey @jiri No meal plans, just try to eat meat and starch for 3 meals. Not sure of my ratios, I don't track that anymore. I need new hair test to see what is going on if I dumped some metals etc.. I have a lot of white hair. So I don't know if it's from oxidative stress or just my copper is too low.
