Day 16 and day 17

Guys I continue to stick very strickly to the diet

Pretty much living on oatmeals, buffalo/beef ground meat extra lean, olive oil, turkey slices. Very few other things. I tried cooking in grapeseed oil seems good.

Today I went to get a blood test for vitamin a, d and liver health. I will post those once available.

I got my teeth looked at today but dentist didn't see anythjng alarming. However I am positive my gum and teeth shape of the 2 lower front teeth changed very slightly.

Face has zero itch currently. Even in the cold weather which is a trigger. I am going to wait a bit more and see.

I'm glad you posted an update and I'm looking forward to your lab results. I'll share my HTMA results and blood work in my log when I get them done.

That's excellent that your face has zero itchiness.

Oat and meat has to much phosphate, you need to balance this phosphate with calcium, because all this phosphate stuff make acid load and your body is taking calcium from bones to balance all this phosphate from food. So if many products are not available like dary andand vegevegeta, i'm adding calcium from eggshell and cabbage.

I was thinking about calcium intake today. I used to eat daily sardines with bones which I felt helped in the past (before my expirements with raw dairy ect)

My high sources of calcium now would be maybe the Brazil nuts. I am not ready to eat egg shells. Not sure about supplementation and I really dislike cabbage never ate it.

What is the general consensus on why protein as far as vitamin a?

If I recall correctly, it is casein that needs to be avoided as it transports vit A into tissues?

You can get some calcium from roots such as parnips, celeriac, and rutabaga

Thanks for the suggestions I will add those

I am talking about whey protein which is separated from the casein. Shows as zero vitamin a. But I just don't trust milk products anymore

Retinoic acid in the casein is what killed the rats. Retinoic acid is not tested for so even if whey states zero vit A avoiding it during detox is probably a good idea.

I dont think I will trust milk products ever again πŸ˜‚

Maybe some brave soul out there wants to test whey..? 😬 πŸ€”πŸ˜

(or maybe not πŸ˜‚)
