@orion nothing major, but the problem is I don't have any insurance for accidents like this.. So I will have to pay for the repair.. I t looks like I will move to Netherlands for work. So I don't need that bike. So I will sell him and pay to insurance company of that guy in the car..
So I have some basic home insurance and it will cover even this accident wow.. I am so glad that I will not waste so much money..

@alexm that plastic bottle from Idealabs is really horrible. It spills all over the bottle every time I use it. So I transferred it into glass bottle with glass dropper and overnight in the fridge I looked and the SFA esters were separated from the ethanol on the bottom of the bottle. It makes sense. Fats and alcohol will not mix together.. So now for the first time I shaked the bottle before use.. Will see if it makes any difference..

@alexm btw I had issues with my molar tooth for many years. I had amalgam in it after that composite filling and I felt dull pain from time to time. So it was obvious to me that some bacteria is going from the tooth to my bloodstream and this chronic bacteria load was taxing my immune system. Maybe that was the reason why I had issues with white blood cells.. Anyway so today I decided that I will go to the dentist to pull it out. It was a mess.. 3 X rays because he couldn't just pull it out. It was slipping due to the composite filling that was on big area.. So he had to crack the tooth and piece by piece pull it out.. He gave me augmentin antibiotics 1g dose per pill.. 14 pills. Just for case I will have any issues, but I started taking it right away.. So will see if it kills some bad bacteria in me. Especially in my tonsils and nodules around my jaw and ears are sensitive to touch for most of my life. I had many times pain in my ears during my childhood, but for some reason parents did nothing about it.. So I think I had some infections for a long time.. Hopefully this will help at least now when I am 37 lol.. Btw I tried ivermectin as well 2 times dose of 3 tablets 6 mg. So hopefully after addressing parasites and now bacteria my body will function better..

@jiri you have replaced your amalgams with composite? I've heard too that composites are not advised for big areas, and they are also harmful in their way.
I wonder what material would be better as a potential replacement for my amalgams, maybe ceramics.

@grapes composite is not ideal as well. But amalgams with mercury are much more harmful.. Plastic and things like that are toxic, but in very small amounts it is not that damaging and the body slowly detox it. But mercury is not safe in any amount and it is much harder for the body to detox. It causes huge oxidative stress... Like I said that molar with a lot of composite in it is out now.. But I still have 3 small fillings with BPA free composite. It is not ideal, but I am happy that I don't have any amalgam in the mouth anymore..

@alexm so after like 25 days of taking around 3-4 drops of T3 from idealabs here is new blood test. Only small improvement in thyroid function.. So I will try to take more like 5-6 drops a day.. But that elevated Lpa is what really bathers me.. 🙁

@jiri Do you still feel better from the T3 or have the effects worn off? Any bad effects either? My Apo lipo B was at the highest range in May but not 3x over like your lp A. What do you think is causing that for you?
