Instead of politely telling Joe and staying on topic, Andrew wants to act like Joe is causing harm and tags Grant as if he’s calling the police… what a joke.
Send your dislikes idgaf, but free and open discussion is way better than censorship.
Anyone who disagrees should join @donald in his echo chamber.
Jenny is one of the best contributors and I hope she’s okay.

Quote from Andrew B on June 13, 2023, 5:27 am@tommy I stated the problem to Joe before and basically Joe said after I mentioned Jenny had had 3 seizures and I quote "Be as triggered as you are". Jenny has asked him to stop and he hasnt. Jenny has removed herself from this forum because of these people. I was asking on her behalf because the tags appear with the whole story in an email. I just asked him to stop tagging her. I asked politely the first time and so did Jenny. The third time I think I'm entitled to let Grant know. @ggenereux2014
Why dont you mind your own business ? You dont know the full story.

So he advised to use them as a brake as needed and to know what we are doing by taking them in. Long term, there is an increased price to pay in detox.
When I started on one egg a day more than 6 months ago there was no brake put on. Quite the opposite in fact, the flood gates opened up! I cut back on fibre and other fats, beef and kept eating 1 egg a day, and eventually things balanced out, anxiety improved. I experience easy bowel movements 1-3 times a day. I am also finally tolerating fat much better, I can even eat some nuts and sunflower seeds without distress. This is TMI, but adding eggs back in made me poop more yellow bile in 4 months than being on this diet for almost 4 years (at the time). The eggs did not slow anything down for me! Tbh, I have no attachment to eggs, I am mostly interested in the choline... but eggs have other nutrients that I desperately need right now bc I still struggle daily to eat enough meat. Maybe a choline supplement is something I'd consider but I'm not quite there yet.

Quote from Donald on June 13, 2023, 2:14 pmJust want to say I'm very happy for you Audrey. I wonder if anyone did blood donations and had yellow (biley?) poop afterwards as well? I had that after my first blood donation. Could've been the stress of course.. first donation always a bit spooky. But now I'm thinking... less pressure on the liver so finally some bile could flow. No issues on the second donation half a year later.
@tommy I don't see the need why you feel the need to tag me so I get an email with your underhanded comment. You really making me block emails from here as well? It's not an echo-chamber, far from it, I read enough counterarguments to what I post. Just not from snarky people. But there is no sense discussing any of this with you.

I-m a bit worried that it's not what you think. I don't know the real situation about your bowel movements of course but if they got more yellow that is actually a sign of bile deficiency/choleostasis and that is commonly accepted by the whole medical community, not according to anyone invested in this, so I'd be really questioning if it really has been doing what you claim. Of course I wish you are right and hope you can still feel well

Thank you @henrik, I feel a bit worried too at times myself bc I also don't know... yet from what I understand, some folks taking choline supps without including eggs are also having similar symptoms at the start. Not everyone though.

Quote from Audrey on June 15, 2023, 12:34 am@henrik for the record my stools have always been brown with yellow leaking into the toilet bowl. Sorry to be so graphic. Not yellow stools per se. From what I understand choleostasis stools are pale or lighter brown? I am not saying that I don't have bile deficiency/choleostasis though.

Quote from Andrew B on June 15, 2023, 1:45 amI agree with @henrik that the yellow in the stools is a sign of bile deficiency or cholestasis. I've eaten eggs throughout the detox with amazing healing but never noticed this yellow in stools. I always ate a bit of dark chocolate and drunk 1-2 cups of coffee which may help although I'm not suggesting starting up caffeinated coffee if you dont drink it already. Choline doesnt solve all the bile issues far from it. Cruciferous vegetables, bitter foods, taurine foods, betaine foods, fibre, bicarbonate, cholesterol, water and fat can all improve the bile flow. It's best step by step in doing the choline/eggs first, betaine foods then increase cruciferous vegetables and finally the fat to a moderate level over many months.

I see. Oh that's slightly different but it does sound like something is off though. I'm not sure what exactly is causing it but I find it hard to belive that the choline itself is making trouble. Wishing you best of luck with experimenting and healing.

So what I've been thinking is possible detoxing too quickly from eggs is actually choleostasis? Why is this making me rethink eating eggs?
