Histamine response to oatmeal?

Not all sprouts seem to have carotenoids:

If I'm not mistaken sprouted beans do not have leaves yet. Most of the carotenoids of sprouts would be in leaves. If there is no color, then carotenoids should be low.

Does this include beans sprouts?

Yes. The more light they are exposed to the the more carotenoids will form. Soak the beans, don't sprout them.

Quaker oats have been found to contain glysophate.  Sometimes eating makes me feel kind of sick aftewards but did use to eat it with three eggs all the time.  No more oatmeal for me.

Only eat organic when eating any form of grains to avoid glyfosate. You can still have oats but make sure it is a trusted organic brand 🙂

That and the three eggs with poison A probably.

I just had Trader Joe's Rolled Oats and it seems to taste alot better than Quaker oats.  Nothing out of the ordinary felt since 9 hours ago but I don't do three eggs with it anymore like I did for many years.
