So I am now in the beginning of the 2nd month of zero-low Vitamin A detox.

After peeing putrid yellow pee for several weeks now it  isn't as putrid.

Now looks like the yellow putrid poop is the current status.  I am pooping more.   I imagine that is  the retinoid acid in the bile being released from the liver?  Whatever it is I suppose it's good.

Sleep is short at night but still working on my sleep schedules to help it get better.

Changed current so called "healthy" extra virgin olive oil to refined olive oil.   Noticed the difference right away.   Experimenting with different kinds of beans.  Changed from black to pinto.  Now I am trying Navy beans this week.    Though I never have been much of a bean eater ever.  So it is less than a 1/2 a cup a day if that.

Started eating lamb a week ago.  That is working out too.  Just cook it in the slow cooker and eat all week.

Eyes and mouth still dry at night but no acid burning sensations on the eyes.

For me the toxic pee became a longstanding detox issue  because it was so hard on the plumbing.  This last week the plumbing has been much better.  It has either run it's course finally or the B12/B complex is fixing it.    My guesses might be that bad things are going more to other routes (bowel or sweat) or that the baddies are being escorted better or detoxified better in the system.

I am not sure about the Bs helping detox symptoms. For me they seem to intensify them, most probably by increasing RA release from tissues.

What I did notice again and again is that some areas/organs seem to release RA in turns, both because they hurt (strange stabbings, burns) or because some specific fingers and toes hurt, or their nails split. This is because they correspond with some internal parts which are being renewed I think.

Unfortunately I don’t hope that there is a fast way to do this. Maybe it is possible to escort the acid out in a safer way, but I think apoptosis cannot be hurried. It takes time to regrow the organs. We feel better this month, marginally so, but it most probably is proof that some processes are easier because our insides are working better. This is the first time I feel I am getting younger!

Test of hair reveals toxic levels of Cadmium and Uranium.

My Vitamin A levels went down 2 points. 3 weeks and 2 points down is good.

I suspect the heavy metals are not recent given my eye problems have been going on for a long time.  So I now have to detox from both heavy metals and Vitamin A.  I was reading the labels on the supplements I used to take before quitting them.  Retinol palmitate in eye vitamins that are supposed to improve your eyes.  NOT

Scalp is itchy now after 1 day from washing and hair gets greasy.  When I changed shampoo to using a bar with pine tar in it my skin on my hand got dry.  So that is not on the continue to use list.

Eyes are still dry and mouth dry at night  but not acid burning on the eyes.

The lamb and navy beans are working good.  Trying out barley the last week and it seems to be good too.  Learning how to make my own sourdough bread.  My homemade starter should be ready in a couple days.

Experimenting with Black Cumin Seed with honey.  Read that it protects liver from Cadmium.

So hopefully next time I post I will have a better handle on the detox plan for heavy metals and Vitamin A.

Hi @sussan, nice update.

Good luck with the sourdough bread, it's really satisfying to make your own.

For the metal toxicities I suggest you to read the principles of drlwilson.com. In summary take minerals that helps detox and minerals that replace heavy metals in binding sites. Plus a great effort in detox procedures. It's been working very well for me.

Would you mind sharing your hair test result?

Have a good one!

Thank you for that information on Dr. L Wilson.  That is a really useful.  I am posting my test results to show the heavy metals and to show my Vitamin A test.  Cadmium can affect the eyes.  I am assuming I got the toxin from art undergraduate and graduate school.  It was after I had the Accutane treatment.  I spent years also in the studios as an assistant.  I spent hours breathing in paint fumes, did Foundry work, experimented with oil pastels as well.  Oil chalk pastels are highly toxic.

I didn't post all my hair results but in general everything was normal including my iron tests.  Just the heavy metals and the vitamin A isn't all that high but still too high.

@sussan

I think there is a high dose of Cadmium from cigarette smoking as well.   Were you second hand exposed or a smoker?

I am not a smoker but I have been exposed to second hand smoke.  Not in my own family but associations.  And yes I had considered that a possibility as well.

@sussan thank you for sharing the report. It's so nice to see that I am not the only one with, out of the chart heavy metal levels :).

If the levels in the hairs are high it means that your body is excreting them efficiently.

There is no telling for sure where I got the heavy metals.  Assuming Art studio studies or exposure to second hand smoke or outdoor exploring in the desert and mountains in the Southwest, or even crop sprays in the orchards around me.  It could be anything.  Taking Accutane put a load on the liver and could have inhibited it's ability to remove the overload in my opinion.  I am now washing my hair and scalp every day and changed to pine tar soap.  The cadmium and Vitamin A is probably excreting a lot through the scalp.  Maybe I need a paint cleaner solvent to wash my hair!
